Well, it is in Main space, so techincally it can be played with. However, this (similar to a recent query) sounds more like production/behind the scenes trivia, which either exists or does not.

And yes, Digital Destruction sounds more appropriate.

It can be subverted, which I think is the right term to use here. Rhino Entertainment were intending to enhance The Transformers; they just didn't do a very good job at it.

That's not a subversion, that's just incompetence. Subversion requires narrative intent on the part of a creator.

^ Subverted doesn't mean "tried to do this trope but did it poorly", it means "intentionally tricked you into thinking the trope was going to happen before doing something else".

I wonder if Enhanced on DVD or Digital Destruction should be Trivia or YMMV as they are not within the actual story or narrative.

Is there any president for main namespace tropes (are these even tropes if they're not narrative?) not allowing playing withs?

They both predate 2011, so I'm going to say they got grandfathered in before the distinction between Main, Trivia and YMMV was made.

As far as moving them, I'm not sure if that would require TRS or not.

Yes, it would reuire TRS to move from Main to Trivia, and the issue you're having is that there is a difference between two versions of the same work. It's the same as Orwellian Retcon or an adaptation that changes the medium, it isn't the same as knowing what happened in the studio.
