I've just posted a link to this thread to the Ban Evader forum.
It is the same user, but it's not ban evasion because they were not suspended. If they should be suspended, fine, but nobody has made that case.

Isn't it against site rules to make socks purely to "agree" with the original account?
^ That, yes, but I don't see the agreeing part here. If not proven otherwise it can be assumed the troper decided to change the username.
The writing issues though still need a notifier.

Well, the capitalization thing is still going on as of today, so I sent them a notifier for that edit. We'll see what happens in lieu of that.

Their first account stopped doing edits before the second started so it may be they just wanted to switch their username?

has a capitalization problem, which can be seen through a lot of their history, even though they've been around a while. I was just about to send them a notifier, and then I noticed something odd.
A brand new account, Charimingdrossel
, started editing the same page that Norkla last edited, and also has the same capitalization and natter problem.
I'm not quite sure how to handle this, because AFAIK, Norkla was never suspended or even sent any notifiers for their edits, but seeing someone making a brand new account to make nattery edits seems very suspect.
