Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I can also agree that the Arch-Enemy trope can work both ways.
He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.Update: they are not responding. Furthermore, I can't see my PM. Is this normal? Or does that mean that they deleted my PM?
Though, I sent them a PM in the form of notifier, so...is it normal to not be able to read notifiers I sent after a period of time?
Also, is it okay for me to re-add Arch-Enemy to Optimus Prime's folder?
"Ever since the day I was born, I've never once uttered a lie! I'm a virtuous weakling! As pitiful as I am, nobody shows me any sympathy!"For PMs, I think the only reason you can't see specific ones is because they were deleted by the receiver. PMs last until they're deleted, so it's not normal for one to not be able to read notifiers after a certain point.
If they're not responding, and have continued on with editing despite the messages, then we have a problem.
That said, I feel we may need a moderator to step in and answer some of these questions.
Finally, I am in agreement. Re-add the example. In the edit reason, cite and link this ATT query. This way, if they delete it again, they will be the ones Edit Warring.
FWIW, I've gone ahead and reinstated it, citing this discussion.
He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.

As the title says, Duncril01 is still at it with removing Arch-Enemy tropes from heroic characters' folders. Just recently, they removed the Arch-Enemy trope from Optimus Prime's folder
in Characters.Transformers Generation 1 Autobots 1984 To 1986, without any edit reason given (though, given their history, the reason may once again be a misconception that "it's a villain-exclusive trope").
Considering that they have a
history
of doing unilateral removals of Arch-Enemy from heroes' folders, and they even got suspended once for that, it appears that they haven't learned their lesson.
