Exactly What It Says on the Tin. Show I think was about two kids, might have been an edutainment show. In the episode, the kids visit this world of living pencil drawings where inhabitants are menaced by a giant evil talking eraser (I think he made some kind of noise as he went about erasing things). I think there were some lessons about the Alphabet or something as well. Saw it on a VHS tape (or maybe a DVD?) while I was a very small child living in Hong Kong, so might not have been a North American cartoon as far as I know.
