The ::: markup. You will notice the indentation level of :: and ::: is the same here, but :: creates a gap. See here
The phrase "It should be noted" is Word Cruft, and the second-level bullet point is Conversation in the Main Page. If there's anything to salvage from the natter, merge it with the main example text.

Now, according to Example Indentation in Trope Lists, this is bad indentation and it should be fixed. I can think of two solutions, but I don't know which one is better.
Any opinions?
