1. There is a list of tongue tropes at Mouthful of Index. If they make a sound at the same time, it's Blowing a Raspberry. If they pull down an eyelid at the same time, it's Eyelid Pull Taunt. There's a primarily Japanese / Anime thing called the "Silly Me" Gesture that involves the sticking outage of tongue.

It would seem that just sticking out one's tongue for whatever reason is not enough to warrant a page. At some point these things might just be human body language rather than a narrative trope.

2. The closest thing I can find is Achilles' Heel, in the sense that the "weak point" is their new physical body or this unique window of vulnerability. Any planning around this would just make it a Discussed Trope. "If we strike too early or too late, we'll miss our chance. But when he moves forward with his plan, that's when he's weakest."
