Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I do know that First Person Writing is not allowed there.
Though I do think answering a Fridge entry is a no-no, and someone asked a related query
.
Asking a question and answering it right after formulating it is a common explanation technique. It is not the same as actually asking a real question.
Ultimate Secret WarsGoing off the "Headscratchers 2.0" comparison that OP made, I've actually seen Fridge Logic subsections state that Headscratchers is the place for those questions, even though they're supposed to be different things (albeit very similar different things - Headscratchers is for discussing Fridge Logic).sidenote
Y'ALL JUST GOT SHREKTI think instead of TRS what we really need is a discussion to pin-point what Fridge even is. Nobody seems to be clear on what the "rules" are and how it's supposed to work.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper Wall

On Fridge pages, I sometimes notice users treating them like Headscratchers 2.0 and putting in questions in their bullet points, even if they're to answer them in the following sentence. Is this allowed? I'd assume that Fridge should refrain from asking questions within the entries and only call attention to things about the work that make sense in context which the series itself never lampshades.
