If #2 was a Rankin-Bass special, then it’s Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town
, narrated by Fred Astaire.

I'm looking for three animated Christmas specials I saw in the '80s (or possibly early '90s).
1. A monster with a snout hates Christmas. I think much of the cast is snout-monsters, but I don't really know. Someone ties the grumpy snout-monster's snout in a knot at one point. It had a Smurfs vibe to it. For years I thought it was called The Snorks, but that's the title of a totally different show.
2. The story of how Santa Claus came to be. He's called Kris Kringle up until the end, where he changes his name at the suggestion of a little girl.
3. A kid's snowman comes to life. It has music and no dialog. It takes place at night, and at one point the kid puts the snowman in a chest freezer with a package of peas. It's not Frosty the Snowman or sequel. Way better animation.
