Yes, spoiler-tagging an entire example is frowned upon since it risks being a Self-Fulfilling Spoiler (as you don't have any context on what kind of spoiler it is).

So which word should I remove spoiler tag from?

I'm not sure why any of that would be considered a spoiler.

^Yeah, exactly why people think Autism is a spoiler? I mean I'm autistic myself so it's not a spoiler unless there's a context for it.

Also for Camp Camp, only the later part is a spoiler not the first sentence. I want to summon 2 op who made the example.

Try private messaging the one who wrote the example then.

Well, I think that for movies, fully spoiler-tagged examples aren't as harmful, since most people watch the whole movie in one sitting, so either you've seen the movie or you haven't. There's no "is it safe to look?" problem.

But for serialized works, the episode title or number should always be left visible so viewers can tell when they can safely look at the spoiler.

In the case of Camp Camp, maybe it would make sense to "unspoiler" everything except the first sentence. But I haven't watched that show, so I can't say for sure...
