I can only think of two reasons not to cutlist it:

-there’s a wayback link to the comic

and

-someone wants to put in the effort to read the comic and work on fleshing out the ZCE entries on the page. And the tropes are mostly these.

Unless both criteria are met, I say chop it.

I just checked the links with the Wayback Machine, most of this webcomic is lost except a single page.

Stuff like this is really common if you dig down the rabbit hole of old, forgotten pages made during Tv-tropes' Early-Installment Weirdness era, it seems.

See, poking through random webcomic work pages, found another one for Boy Aurus - loaded with ZCE, no updates since 2012 (save for some random maintenance work), and the reference link leads to a dead page...

Ed: Whoops, almost missed this, anyway, and here's one that flat-out admits its deleted from the internet - Fairy Dust

And this one - Xylia Tales, dead since 2017, the link on the front page leads to a Japanese website selling health products (and NOT the comic itself... presumably the page has been inactive for so long that the domain has been taken over)

If all that's left of Greetings From Magical Los Angeles is a single page and our page on it is filled with ZCEs, it might be safe to cutlist.

You can't just say "perchance".

The link for Zero Zero Zero This Comic Appears First Alphabetically is broken as well. Same with One Phone Call.

We can spend a whole day searching through the webcomic subpages, and repeatedly finding work pages for media which have been long-erased from the Internet.

Thornsaddle seems to be dead as well, at least on my side — all the links on the page leads to a Taiwanese advertising site instead of the actual webcomic

^ the comic is still available, it appears that only the main page has been highjacked for a redirect
