Is it from The Road to El Dorado? The quote to I'm Okay! is pretty similar to what you describe.

I don't know what film or TV show this is from. I keep remembering it as being either from Avatar: The Last Airbender or some Blue Sky Studios film. I thought it may have been from Robots, but I watch that the other day and it contained no such scene.
It's a battle scene. A mook gets stepped on by a elephant-like creature. He then pops his arm out of the foot-hole and waves and cheerfully says "I'm okay!" Later, it shows that he has climbed out the foot-hole, says, "I'm still okay!" and then get stepped on again.
The reason I thought it may be from Avatar is because I remembering the mook being one of the fire benders with a skull helmet that typically served as the show's mooks. But it seem more suited to Blue Sky's humor.
