Needs a page but try "Now You See Me Now You Don't"/"Greenish Eggs and Dinosaurs"/"Through the Medicine Cabinet" from The Zack Files and "It's a Wonderful School" from the tv show

What I know for sure: This was DEFINITELY a book series, thus the labeling of Literature. The main character I'm sure was named Malcolm, and he would experience strange adventures: One point, he drinks what he believes is lemonade, only to find out it is invisible ink, resulting in that he BECOMES invisible. He buys a large egg from the Flea Market, only for the egg to hatch into a Loch Ness Monster, which he keeps within a bathtub. At one point, he opens up his bathroom cabinet and discovers an alternate universe that has New York nicknamed the "Big Banana". I remember this was a children's series of books, with each book being its own self-contained adventure.
What I am uncertain about: I think this had a tv show with... Maybe the kid from the goosebumps episode, "Strained Peas"? This is more difficult to remember because at the time, it was the late 90s and early 2000s and I wasn't able to watch much tv due to my mother's strictness on my grounding. In any case, one episode I kind of remember? Maybe? it's a flashback at best, was that Malcolm in the tv series was somehow teleported to another universe (Yes, there was more than one occurance of this I'm... 70 percent sure of), where his antagonistic bully from his universe somehow took control of the entire school, and his counterpart of that universe was a couch potato.
If anyone knows any more details, or knows what series I'm talking about, PLEASE let me know!
