That trope entry really lacks any substance to explain why it doesn't appeal to said people. I mean, if they went into details, then that'd be a different story.

Really? Claiming people don't like it just because its about a teenager who died of cancer? That's pretty weak.

Cancer doesn't make a story unpopular. The Fault in Our Stars was a cultural phenomenon for a time.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
