Spartakus: World in Revolution (specifically, Chrononaut 70 seems to be re-adding examples that were removed for either not actually being present in the work, or having already been on the character sheet). They also seem to be adding some examples to both the main page and the character sheet at the same time too, which doesn't seem to be kosher either.

Is it kosher if a troper adds some examples on both a work's main page and the character sheet, then re-adds them to the main page after they were removed to avoid duplication?
