The first thing I should tell you (but I'm not sure when/how it should be explained in-canon) is that in the story the whole universe is actually an egg laid by a massive, god-like creature and the universe should eventually hatch into another one over a long period of time, by having all the life in the universe be pulled into a single point and then that becomes the nucleus/embryo of the egg. Anyway, the main plot starts about 400 years in the future, where my main protagonist Chester is born and ends up being hit by a cannon that grants him superpowers and also warps him back 400 years. Then, Chester grows into a teenager and discovers he has superpowers (which are not that well-defined, I guess. I usually draw him flying as a blue, firey thing that can fuse himself with machines and shoot (what appears to be) fire, lightning, etc.) and finds himself as the only one who can fight a whole planet of mind-controlling slugs ruled by Master A, who has seemingly-omnipotent brainpower and the ability to control four people's minds at once using his four tentacles. At some point, maybe one or two books in, Master A gets kicked off of Earth, and then finds a small planet populated by elemental aliens known as Talpas (there are 25 of them, each with a unique power/skill) where he finds a weird device that is designed to manipulate the flow of time in a given area (time is supposed to be the result of the universe-egg's mother caring for the egg and bringing it closer to being hatched, this is also why the cannon that hit Chester ends up taking him back 400 years. The massive, condensed energy appears so suddenly that the mother gets scared, so she is distracted from her love for a bit. Thus, the flow of time can be manipulated... somehow...) and he uses the device, but it malfunctions and it ends up screwing with his aging process, making him age in unpredictable ways and turning him into even more of a monster. He ends up being banished from that planet as well, getting forced to float through outer space for roughly 800 years (he can survive because of how he ages differently now), which drives him even crazier. The nucleus has begun forming already, and his new monster form allows him to be able to conquer the whole thing and become a sun-sized abomination floating in the middle of the universe, and he has a limited ability to manipulate any living thing in the universe since he sort of became the ultimate essence of life. The people of Earth notice this, but can't be affected by it enough to prevent their efforts to create a cannon that is designed once they figure out Master A's weakness, but once they load up all the energy into it, it's so intense that it skips back 400 years in time (just like it had earlier. This ends up being the same cannon that ends up sending Chester back in time in the first place). So, instead, a clone of Chester is created by a sect of a religion existing in the future that follows Chester and already suspects that Master A is responsible for the attacks. Thus, the final battle presents itself as "clone from the past VS. Sun-sized Eldritch Abomination."
I hope it's not too confusing for you. I tried to make it descriptive. Post any questions you have, please, but try to consider that this is supposed to be a "cartoony" series to an extent, and I am aware I have no sense of scale. But Fridge Logic and requests for more information are welcome/encouranged.
