Suppose we know what she would've likely taken as a reward if she had been the one to answer Anankos's call for help.
I must say, Sophie's personal skill has a rather odd effect on Ballisticians. S'kinda odd to see them pop out of their tanks suddenly naked.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm guessing that you're more likely to have them reclass into Falcon Knights instead of Snipers.

"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."Yeah, but what I'm wondering is, do ALL of them reclass to falcon knights, or is there an occasional one that can reclass to sniper?
It's kind of an unfortunate theory, because no matter how many tests I make, I can't really prove my theory wrong, just right.

Sorry, worded my post badly. I'm guessing that any Kinshi Knight you capture can only reclass into a Falcon Knight.
It's very likely preset per unit, so if you're really determined, you could probably systematically capture and check every spawn.

Glad you enjoyed it.
Out of curiosity, did your Avatar S-rank anyone?
"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."Of course. S-Ranked Cordelia because I don't know who else from the 1st gen. I left Lucina to be forever alone, except with obvious siblings and family.
Gregor and Inigo turned out great overall.
Though I gotta admit that Grima is kind of anticlimatic... I had more trouble with Revelations!Anankos.

That's mostly because the Avatar gains power and snowballs into an undefeatable unit even faster than Ryoma lol.
I'd really like to see Awakening but with Fates's gameplay and map-quality (with varying objectives). It'd take all that I like about both games!
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-Mae![]()
I'm the opposite, I found Anankos extremely anticlimactic, and not just in difficulty. Grima was not only more difficult for me (Not that that's saying much, but still), the setup to the fight and the scenario itself was much more amazing to me.
Awakening's story and characters but with Conquest's level design and Fates' general My Castle features would be neat. But I'd rather see something new than retread Awakening so soon.
I can take or leave substituting weapon durability for complex system of stat buffs/debuffs, though. I think I preferred weapons just breaking eventually rather than anything above C-rank being nigh-useless. Regalia shouldn't break ever, though; their downsides should be limited quantity, not Too Awesome to Use or harsh usage penalties.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Anankos honestly should have had more skills. Unless the Omega Yato nullified them since it's the full powered sword. Even Heirs of Fate had two Omega Yatos and the song meant to weaken him and there were 19 or so of him
Plus storywise the Awakening Trio got new powers from him because they wouldn't be strong enough to fight in Valla, while gameplay wise it made them worse.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Maybe the lack of skills was meant to demonstrate just how much of a shadow of his former self he was?
I too seriously thought he'd have more skills, but I didn't find the battle disappointing at all. I found it quite fun and a very fitting end to the whole campaign. And to be fair, his two skills do provide quite a bit of protection from certain skills, stat reductions, and extra damage dealt outside of battles.
"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."I was always in a state of utter amazement everytime I fought Grima. The buildup, the music, the scenario, everything felt so climatic to me.
I was way too good at killing Anankos first time, so he went down too fast for me to enjoy. Everything else about the fight was epic.
Later playthroughs I delegated more of my units to fighting off the random enemies and made it all a bit less short that way.
In standard Revelation tradition, Anankos has few skills and tries to make up for it with inflated stats. IIRC, even my fairly beefy Paladin!Corrin was in danger of being two-shot and with Heirs, the final form can one-shot either Kana unless they're using the terrain tiles that are spawned by using the DVs.
Grima has a balance of skills and stats and both scale up pretty hard as difficulty increases. However, the Chrobin wrecking ball is way more overpowered than Corrin to match.

Corrin was born from his weak soul that he thought would keel over and die once seperated.
And Anankos had the whole intentionally trying to screw himself over.
