Forget Azura. Warp on everyone can allow a single unit to bring their entire party with them. Nothing in the game can survive that kind of firepower.
FE: New Mystery Only Feet 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Umamusume Haru Arima 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiI did not realize you could end Boo camp before the final wave spawns by killing all of the current enemies.
That's kind of embarrassing. In hindsight, it'd be obvious. Just hasn't happened to me yet because I've never had enough people in the right place to kill the gold monsters.
But anyway. An interesting thing about Corrin reclassing. If you pick a promoted class that comes from more than one basic class (great knight, for example) and Corrin has reached A-rank with both of those classes, then s/he will learn both of their skills before learning the skills of the promoted class. Whether it'll be random or in a specific order, I don't know. But it's an interesting touch.
That's Conquest in general. It's a throwback to old Fire Emblems.
Which apparently means "unnecessarily hard and terrible story"
I personally recommend Hard difficulty for every game. Normal is way too easy, and Lunatic is absurd (except for maybe Birthright). Hard provides a good challenge while still allowing for slip ups. Plus it largely mitigates the issue that some Lunatic chapters have of being more of a puzzle (that's solved the same every time) than an effective use of your units.
Casual or Classic is up to you- Classic forces weight on your decisions and keeps up the challenge, while Casual prevents you from being fucked over. Though Casual does take away a lot of difficulty due to it's low-risk nature. It makes me wish there was something in between Classic and Casual, but I digress.
As for the story, I don't think it's as bad as people make it out to be. The decisions have logic behind them and the characters are really good. Still, I'd be lying if I said there weren't major issues regarding the end of the game's story.

"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeWarp will never be as broken as it is in Archeanea games. You can literally trivialize chapters that will take hours.
The reason I liked Judgral over the rest because it so bold for it's time and the fact that it was bold enough to let the main character fail, or even better yet: ACTUALLY MAKE THE STATE OF THE WORLD WORSE. That to me was super rare because it never happens in video games. The only games that I've seen that done are Undertale in the No Mercy/Genocide route and the Demon Path of the Soul Nomad and the World Eaters and both become a Villain Protagonist while Sigurd is genuinely believing that he's doing the right thing. That is both terrifying and heartrending.
And then the Vallalha Massacre happens and goddamn... Having a party member die? Standard stuff. Having the main character die? I've seen it happen but it's kinda common nowadays. Having basically a TPK and having the villain getting away with it scot-free? Holy shit.
The writers before and since have never as bold as they were in FE 4.
You gotta start somewhere.Jugdral is... actually one of my less-liked settings. All the squabbling noble houses with wacky names I think are supposed to be cool and political intrigue-y, but to me they just seem chaotic and confusing.
And yeah, calling Arvis a Karma Houdini is quite the exaggeration. Even before he, y'know, dies he gets utterly depowered by his "benefactor" and his own son and is completely miserable.

Yeah, the heroes basically play right in the Empire's and Kefka's hands, giving Kefka access to ultimate power, with which he more or less brings about the apocalypse.
FE: New Mystery Only Feet 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Umamusume Haru Arima 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiWhile Jugdral isn't all that interesting to me compared to the other worlds (save maybe Tellius), I do appreciate two great things it gave us: the second generation mechanic and all the fire jokes.
"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."@Black Sun Nocturne I beg to differ. Conquest certainly doesn't feel like a throwback to the older games for me at all. I won't get into the issues I have with the story right now since Conquest's story has been ripped on plenty, but I'm a little annoyed about how overly praised Conquest's gameplay and map design is. I'll admit, a few of Conquest's maps are pretty tight when they're not overly gimmicky or filled with Dragon Vein crap. But I wouldn't exactly put it on par with the likes of Thracia 776 or New Mystery of the Emblem.

Enjoyment and Excitement!Word of God on it is that Conquest is supposed to be a throwback via gameplay and story. But I wouldn't know, as Awakening was the first Fire Emblem game I played

Ah yes, Warp-Sing.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!
