Corrin's stupidity is different across the games. It's at its worst in Conquest where they're apparently stuck on the idea of being a Technical Pacifist but refuse to confront the issue of loyalty to Garon head-on, leading to a very twisted plot. In Birthright they're more willing to kill but are also stuck on naivete. Revelations is the closest they get to being functional.
I fended off my first Castle invasion. It was a bit rough, with some of the attackers reaching the area around the throne, but I managed to pull through.
Birthright Chapter 9: Land of Gods
This chapter had some interesting characters in it. Izana is hilarious! I also have Takumi's retainers, Hinata and Oboro, on the team now. Oboro made quite an impression on me, with her hatred of Nohr matched only by her loyalty to Takumi. As for the battle itself, I feel like I do better with indoor missions like this one than on open fields. It makes it easier to protect my squishier characters. Mozu did quite well here, considering her humble beginnings.

Yeah, the reason why the Avatar and Azura were so cautious around the curse was because, seeing how it was essentially a one-hit kill with no way to save yourself once it activated, they felt it was better to tread very, very carefully. Hell, Anankos himself had to tiptoe around it just to get Severa, Inigo, and Owain to come with him to his world.
Wasn't it implied that Arete had sacrificed herself by invoking the curse to warn Garon about Valla? If that's the case, then Azura's caution is more than justified, seeing how she probably got a good look at its horrific effects.

"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."I believe the curse literally only covers the word Valla. Because they're certainly capable of talking about a hidden enemy that is controlling from the shadows and the characters mention Anankos by name in Conquest where they mostly believe that Anankos is referring to Nohr's Dragon.

Victoria (the name I gave Robin) has already hit Level 20 and I haven't even started Chapter 8. She's also married Chrom while Lissa is tied to Vaike.
I got a Brave Bow from one of the Challenges. The hell.
What's Chrom's rank supposed to be? He's been called captain, commander, and I think even general.

Look wise, I prefer Armor Knight to General, except in Awakening where the class was hit by Badass Decay, and given silly armor. While their use in gameplay varies, they always cool, cept in Awakening as mentioned.
Gameplay, the Wyvern line is always useful to have flying tanks.
Pirates/Brigands/Whatever tend to have great characters, even though they're rare.
Samurai, even though its basically the same thing as Myrmidon, I like Master of Arms a bit more than Assassin. Assassin is great, don't get me wrong, but I never promoted my Myrmidons to Assassins because ASTRA.
Umm... so, personally... this is the first time this has happened, so I'm a bit surprised. Only a centimetre away...In Awakening, Pegasus, easily, because Dark Flier. In Fates, I'm kind of torn between Nohr Prince(ss) and Cavalier. The former can get Draconic Hex, which is all kinds of nasty and has massive tank with the Dragonstones, plus dodges the Beast and Armour weakness that gets effective weapons spammed against them toward the very end of Lunatic Conquest. Cavalier, however, is nearly as solid. Elbow Room is absurd for a first-level ability and Shelter allows for some really dumb multi-Sing shenanigans. Then Great Knight is leagues better than in Awakening with its huge Def overwhelming most enemy offenses and Paladin being a more mobile, well-rounded tank.
Special runner-up mention for Awakening's Fighter because Hero and Warrior are both very strong classes in that game.

Selena really rocks that outfit. Much better than her stupid attire in Awakening.
If we're counting special classlines for favorite class, I REALLY like Tactician/Grandmaster in Awakening. Besides that sweet Grimleal robe you also get a good balance of Str and Mag, and the swords and tomes needed to make use of it.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!![]()
Awakening made Mounted Units even more broken, while Generals, and Snipers were further nerfed into Tier Induced Scrappy territory. Which is strange given the history of the series, you'd think they'd know by know to balance those particular classes.

The reason I recommended Inigo's paralogue is because I personally found it to be one of the 'easier' paralogues. If you want to spend more time grinding out characters for skills, it might just be better to play until Chapter 16, since beating that level gives you a shop that sells Second Seals.
Or pick a god and pray that Anna sells some whenever she pops up on the map.
