Well, we would need at least five flavors of SPESS MEHREINE/super-soldier from various sources, so I would recommend some Crackdown agents, the elementals from battletech,Iron Manatee from zoofights, and Samus Aran.
I would not recommend the Spartans from halo, as their in game performance is lacking compared to cut scene power to the max and the SPESS MERINES from W H40k probably wouldn’t be able to work with the team.Matter of fact, they'd proably try to murder them.
Also, we need to put the casts of Extermatarus Now and 8 bit theater together in the same general group. Their combined hypercompetent incompetence means they will get serious shite done, in between trying to maim each other.

I'd recommend we have the crew of the SSV Normandy on standby. Considering how well they work as a team already, they'd probably be good for fighting Eldritch Abominations and the like.
I'd also recommend that shonen heroes and heroines by put in one specific team; they'd all strive to get stronger by being rivals with each other, and that team would absolutely never give up.
AXE COP!!!!...THAT IS ALL
YOU CAN'T OUTRUN YOUR DESTINY!!Divinity. Admittedly he probably wouldn't count due to his god like powers (hense the name), but after reading Divinity II and Divinity III: Stalinverse I argue he can work in this team. As far as dealing with monumental threats, he doesn't seem to have an easy time in dealing with other reality warping beings like himself. Especially in the third story where he have to assemble a team of Valiant heroes in the alter reality to set the timeline right. So as far as threats he have a challenge to deal with go, it seems to be that of reality altering; which makes him very useful for those Crisis where reality itself is on the verge of destruction or the multiverse is endanger by some Anti Moniter character. He's the perfect Godzilla Threshold.
But if he don't count, then we can always go with his original counterpart Doctor Solar who is basically a nerf version of Divinity in terms of power scale (though it still stands that he is best used for the reality level threats).

Don't Judge me, need more views: https://www.deviantart.com/big-k-2011 | https://bigk1337.newgrounds.com/ | https://twitter.com/BigK64133I believe the choice is obvious: John McClane and Zeus Carver. The other five spots shall prove unneccessary.
Would the TF 2 Medic be helpful? He has pretty fast heal tech, and unlike many healers, it's tech, not magic, so it could be replicated and distributed.
I missed the part where that's my problem.
So I was thinking about having a dream-team of characters that would be picked for the monumental task to guard a theoretical multiverse. They would be culled from all forms of media.
Rules:
The general number I'm aiming at is seven, but it might go up if enough people are picked.
Let the suggesting begin!
