Okay so this is very fucked up work but nothing here is played for titilation rather than horror. And the plot is acclaimed enough that it even won awards so I think we're fine keeping this one.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."It’s disturbing, but it’s psychological horror, not porn. It’s not meant to titillate.
Just made a server on discord.Come join me.Haven't read the work but mature themes alone do not make this cutworthy if the work isn't just wall-to-wall porn/nudity. We have tropes about sperm and masturbation, they can exist in a work. And the characters don't seem to be young kids either.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I know of this manhwa mainly because of the discourse surrounding how some fans of it romanticise the main couple, despite this being a horror manhwa and the author intending to portray an abusive relationship (to the point where she apparently vocally disapproved of the more whitewashed interpretations.) Going by this and the trope page, the explicit scenes are intended to disturb, not titillate, and all the characters involved seem to be adults.
Even if it was meant to be titillating, that's not under the scope of the content policy. (We have plenty of pages on works containing Romanticized Abuse.)
The one thing that could fall afoul of it is that there are flashbacks to Bum's sexual abuse as a child (at end of chapter 25, start of chapter 26).
It's definitely portrayed as horrific and traumatizing (and isn't depicted in as much gory detail as a lot of the stuff Bum goes through- no genitals are shown), so I maintain my vote to keep.
