If I'm reading this right, Maggie-doll is about to croak the Dollamancer.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Or cripple him with so much self doubt they can snatch Caesar away and disable that kill collar doohickey.
On a weird tangent, does Huehue the Transylvito tower regret making Bill so broken, I wonder? Jed's probably popped a few dozen units since waking up, I wonder if he thinks of them as his kids and tries to "raise them right" through whatever magical process comes before popping. Chargen, I guess? ![]()
Yeah, this is goodbye for Bill.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!""Destroyed" might be a good word, yes. Croaking him would have triggered the deadman switch on Caesar's collar, and probably killed the Maggie doll's sentience (though maybe not, since she might be reliant on Maggie instead of on Bill). My guess would be that he's basically brain dead at this point. The question is what happens next. Some people in the comments think the doll will take control of all of Bill's dolls and use them to trigger penalties.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.I wouldn't write Bill off the table just yet. The picture at he bottom might just mean that Makaleka blew his mind in a more methaphorical way. There could be at least one text page of him... unraveling.

“You can’t be an important and life-changing presence for some people without also being a joke and embarrassment to others.” -Mark Manson.Text update.
Finally some information on Faq's new Temple, and a bit on Marie's plans and the way Predictamancers operate.
You know, it's still chilling to see how people change their outlook on murder when easy resurrections exist. When Wanda started doing it with Ossomer, it was creepy. And now Marie, too. Heck, it's still pretty chilling how easily she sacrificed Georgia. "Has to die in GK the city*" as a Fate didn't mean shooting her in the back, odds are Jill would do that anyway.
*Ha, pretty clever. She died fulfilling her fate not once, but twice.

To be fair, Erfworld doesn't exactly have the best track record with murder and justice in general. The Magic Kingdom is the only group that really considers using trials, and the only example we've seen was a Kangaroo Court where several witnesses were dismissed as not actually alive, which then used retroactive law to justify executing a bunch of people for things that weren't crimes when they originally committed them.

Jed stole less than expected, but he's willing to pay it back. Charlie, on the other hand, has been stealing a LOT, so Shirley shuts down the tower.
Comic update.
Summary of the past year or so of comics in just a few panels.
Everyone probably got it, but the last panel shows the same green glowing polygons as the GK portal.
After all the pacing talk, there's something mildly depressing about seeing a year's worth of drama compressed into a single comic page, no less, without feeling too much loss.

Yeah, but I just don't find her interesting. The difference between how various Casters view the world is definitely interesting though.
