A military-grade wand that pumps your spells full of as much magic as possible. This does mean that even something as simple as a light spell can wreak mass destruction though. And it will drain you of as much magic as possible to do so, so most mages can only use it once before needing a long-rest or two to return to regular magic use, hence the tactical part.
Believe it or not, the original XRT was even worse, as it would often permanently drain the magic from the wielder, so the XRT-2 is actually quite practical inn comparison.

There's nothing you or I can do, so let the stars fall.Long ago, there lived a man whose music was his magic. He could bend soundwaves, weave together frequencies that healed or hurt, and his lyrics were intertwined with incantations. There came a day when he received a vision from his homeland, that one day the world would be so consumed by hatred that like Atlantis before it, it would sink into ruin beneath the sea. In his desperation, he swam to the depths of the ocean where lay the ruins of Atlantis, and plucked from its unguarded stronghold a golden lyre. When he returned to land, he fused it with his guitar and a piece of his soul. He named it the Dreamcatcher, after the name he gave to his fans.
One day, a chosen hero shall find this blessed instrument, and with the soul of the Magical Dreamer on their side, bring peace and unity back to the world.

The Boo-Bah I literally cannot make out with a television the fuck
A Maraca with a head shaped like a circus tent. When vigorously shaken, very dizzy clowns will be produced from it. Although disoriented, these clowns will attempt to assist their summoner to the best of their abilities, which mostly means performing several goofs in the general direction of what they think the enemy is.
The Spoon of Warriors
Read Otr of the Flame (She/Her)This is an utensil of legends. Ever since Lotharr One-Arm used it to feed himself the heart of the Primordial Macaque, the Spoon has tasted the flesh of many different legendary beasts, changing hands whenever its current owner had their appetite sated. The silver-gleaming head belies its exceptional cutting ability, able to dig into the firmest of skins and scoop the tissue within. Its handle is intricately carved from ivory (said to be derived from a gigantodon tusk) to offer superb ergonomics. Most disturbingly, rumors abound that the spoon harbors its own bestial spirit, made from the amalgamation of animal essences it consumed. Only those deemed worthy enough can eat with the spoon; lesser folks would suffer horrible stomach cramps that may last for weeks, sometimes leading to death.

A flamethrower-like handheld weapon, shaped like a wicked-looking dragon head. Depending on what it's loaded, its fire cannot be extinguished even by water.
Garden of Eden's Potato Cannon? Oo oo ah ah

RLTec's line of economical unmanned weapons, the Loitering Munitions System consists of a fixed-wing drone mounted with a sensor array and an ordnance bay. When a target is detected by the sensor, the drone will immediately fly towards the target and crash into it, delivering the payload in the process. The model's suffix determines what kind of warhead is used: LMS-LN has anti-armor shaped charges, LMS-PN explodes and releases thousands of shrapnel to cut down infantry, while LMS-SP foregoes explosives entirely, instead deploying a row of blades to minimize indirect casualties.
The latter variant gained infamy when a three LMS-SP drones struck a civilian bus during the Perinean Conflict. The Royal Intelligence Agency who operated said drones claimed that faulty onboard AI mistook the bus for an insurgent convoy, which is refuted by RLTec representatives, citing their 95% accuracy of their drones the 7 years of their service. Regardless, images of the grisly aftermath were leaked to social media, and a public outcry over the use of drones in warfare soon followed. Both RIA and RLTec lost face in the scandal, though it has minimal (if any) bearing over the Conflict writ large.
