This is a thread for people who will not be or have not been on the site for a while, whether due to real life or to resist an internet addiction, the latter of which is encouraged within reason. Also, talk about the benefits/whatever of taking a day or a weekend off, or things to do when not online. TV Tropes ruining your life is nothing to be proud of.
Generally, expect the following from this thread:
- People announcing their departure or return.
- Moderators announcing a significant forum ban — not trolls or vandals, but someone people will notice and miss.
- Inquiries about an absent troper.
- Responses to inquiries about an absent troper.

I've come to the conclusion that this place really is ruining my life (I haven't been able to sleep properly for months), and that I need some time to get myself put back together. So until further notice, I'm not here. If you want to talk offsite, my email address is lee4hmz@gmail.com, and I still have my lee4hmz2 Deviantart account.
So long for now...

online since 1993 | huge retrocomputing and TV nerd | lee4hmz.info (under construction) | heapershangout.comWell, I'm back from my unannounced hiatus as some might be able to tell. I left because I felt like the only thing I did on the forums was bitch about stupid shit. Basically, I wasn't needed here.
I'm still not, mind you, but I am back. I will most likely not post that much, however. I'll probably just spend my time on this site fixing spelling and grammatical errors as I usually do.

And so as another chapter of your life closes, let us hope the next is even more splendid for you. There's been ups, there's been downs, but I know you will be missed. I know I will. You really livened up the background. Good-bye. Oh, and good work on the farewell.
