@JT
"Negi, are you all right there?"
Nekane knocked on Negi's room, a tray of food on her other hand. His cousin had been locked himself into his room for over three days and she started to become anxious. She regretted giving him the notes; she should've known better when it comes to his infamous obsession toward his father. She found it odd that he didn't come out and go to practice what he learned, as how he did to most spells he learned, especially one he remembered his father was using.
"Negi, I'll leave this right here and if you get hungry..."
Then the door creaked open.
"Thank you, dear sister."
Nekane was greeted by his cousin, who became noticeably gaunt. His hair was a mess and his eyes looked as if it was going to bleed.
"So...Negi, did you find out anything?"
She peeked into his room. His bed was completely untouched, but his desk was completely covered with various books which she assumed were Latin and Greek reference books. Part of the floor that was near the desk was filled with pieces of paper that were crumpled, at least from the way they looked, out of frustration.
"Unfortunately not."
Negi opened up and pointed at random page from an old notebook.
"His writing is completely illegible. Seriously, sometimes his supposedly Greek writing looks like Chinese characters."
"Oh..."
"Urgh, I wish my mother had inflicted Infernus Scholasticus spell on him." Negi groaned.
Even though he idolized his father, Negi was more than aware that he was, for the most of the time, was an idiot.
Yeah, a silly snippet based on your comment.

Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Unequally. The Profile of the Nanoha chapter.
Full Name: Kasuga Misora.
Known Aliases: The Mysterious Sister, The Shame of the Order, Dat Ass (by her unofficial fanclub), Sonic The Hedgehog.
Alignment: Cowardly Good.
Religion: Catholic, although her parents are Buddhists (they still respect her decision, though). Although her stand and role in the Order she serves aren't those of an actual nun, she truly believes the Catholic dogmas, even if she really doesn't have the discipline to exactly act like a fully devoted Christian.
Sexuality: Heterosexual, much to Cocone's and Senou Kaede's (also known as Shadow Crystal Mage) distress. However, getting drunk seems to turn her Nodokasexual.
Family: Kasuga Kyosuke (Father), Kasuga Hikaru (Mother), Kasuga Takashi (Paternal Grandfather), Kasuga Akemi (Paternal Grandmother, deceased), Kasuga Kurumi and Kasuga Manami (Paternal Aunts), Kasuga Akane and Kasuga Kazuya (Paternal Cousins in the second degree). It's noteworthy to point out Misora is one of the few 3-A students who actually get along quite well with their relatives.
Affiliations: The Mahora Branch of the Magdalene Order, along Sister Shakti, Father Garterbelt, Sister Yukariko, Sister Eda, Sister Caren, Sister Ciel and Sister Cocone. Father Kotomine isn't an official member, but shows up at least twice a week to use the bathroom, be a creepy annoyance, and have long and mysterious private sessions with Sister Caren.
Background: Born the daughter of a young man with supernatural powers and a mundane young woman, Misora didn't inherit the latent superhuman powers most of her relatives on her father's side have, so she was made to study magic to compensate. Unfortunately, the girl lacked the dedication and drive to excel at her magic studies, becoming a mediocre mage at best.
Misora prefered to devote her energies to the track and field team, where she excelled as the school's best sprinter. Even so, she hasn't made any close friends there, and her best friend remains her roommate and Order companion, a ten year old child from Mundus Magicus named Cocone Fatima Rosa (see File- Immigration Test Subject Number Eighteen).
At the start of the last term of Class 2-A, Misora met Negi Springfield, and had the idea of taking advantage of his naivete to gain a Pactio from him for herself, in the hopes of gaining easy powers and accolades. However, after interacting with Negi closely, Misora developed actual romantic feelings for him, and despite her fears, helped him to overcome Evangeline Mc Dowell along Hasegawa Chisame, Hakase Satomi and Kakizaki Misa.
During the recent incidents with Ala Alba (note to self: Research more on the subject), Misora trained under Sakurazaki Setsuna, who has taught her to make her a better use of her super speed Pactio powers in battle. She remains fiercely competitive with Misa over their affections for Negi.
Powers and Abilities: Misora is a mage in training, but until very recently, her lack on interest on studying meant she has only very basic magical skills, limited to basic spells. She shows no particular affinity for any special element. When in battle, she always brings a supply of the Order's Holy Water and several crosses that can be used as explosive throwing weapons.
Misora's greatest boon in combat is her Negi-granted Pactio, which lends her a pair of running shoes granting her amazing super speed. Not only she can run at incredibly high speeds, but she also can perform all sorts of activities at speeds far surpassing the range of normal human beings. The exact limits of this speed are still untested, but they should grow higher if she continues training or she gets a Permanent Pactio.
Even without the Pactio activated, Misora is an excellent runner and is in quite good overall physical shape, with only Asuna being able to approach her in track and field activities, out of all 3-A students (regrettably, Chachamaru's body is still too heavy to perform properly at such activities. I could upgrade it easily, but doing it so soon in the timeline could raise unwanted questions).
She also can mimic voices rather well, for what it's worth.
No way Misora could ever be born out of Ayukawa Madoka, so I went for Hikaru as her mother instead.

@Nightmare Syndrom: I'm trying to think of a situation that would possibly prompt that post.
@d Roy:
@Marq
: I kept anti-Sayo as a ghost because I'm trying to keep the main traits of the original class, just twisted towards evil. Like how anti-Ayaka is still a wealthy pedo class rep, she just happens to be an evil wealthy pedo class rep. So I kept anti-Sayo as a Cute Ghost Girl, just an evil one. Besides, I don't like the idea of making the non-human girls human, because then the class is just a bunch of humans and therefor less Fantasy Kitchen Sink-y.
I like the idea of Bathory!anti-Eva, by the way. Especially since that makes her vampirism a series of her choices rather than something that was forced on her, like with canon Eva.
@Nightmare: Giant babies? That would be stage four.
@d Roy: Especially since, Tolstoy-quoter that she is, she was probably better educated than him before the spell hit.
Wait, is that a ship? Even I wouldn't ship anyone with BM.
I think you're thinking Shadow Archetype rather than foil. Or possibly an Evil Counterpart.
Yes, it's a ship. BM is what Negimaru!Chisame would be with magic. She already HAS the stabby things…

I'm currently watching Ace Combat X's Mission 7A, "Standoff in the Skies I", one of the few ACX missions that I've found a video for on Youtube. And you know what? I can't help but imagine Alba Squadron taking on a multikilometer-wide version of the Gleipnir, one that dwarfs even the even more gargantuan Aigaion from Ace Combat 6 (itself a little 900 meters wide).

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.@Marq: Gleipnir… oh MAN I hate that bloody thing! Why can't you damage it until its turrets are destroyed, exactly?
OH YES, CHAMO! I forgot about him. But them, everyone forgets Chamo. And maybe the maids too if I need more. But Chamo it is!
I wonder how I can make Chamo a badass… rule of 2814: you need to be badass at SOMETHING!

@Mage: You're technically are damaging it, since everything that you destroy on it is part of the Gleipnir. As for why you have to destroy the guns first, probably because if this was a real-life situation, you'd naturally go for the guns first so that you'd be free to target the now defenseless engines and cockpit without having to be wary of incessant counterattacks from the AA guns and SAM launchers.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Erg, stupid superweapon. I found the best way to fight that was with the slowest plane you could stick the most missiles into, since you can't really find a good angle of attack, so you need to be slow to make the most of the time the targets on it appear so your system am get a tracking lock. Defense is no good, since it can one shot you anyway.

Speaking of Ace Combat. I like the song The Liberation of Gracemeria
. Epic song for an epic stage.
And another song I have been listening to a lot. Ninja Gaiden, Basilisk Mine Field, remix for Musou Orochi 2.
@SCM: Oh, Negimaru!Chisame. Carry on.
Evil Counterpart is a subtrope of Shadow Archetype is a subtrope of Foil. So there.
The obsessed investigator concept seems to me like it would work better for anti-Asakura than anti-Sayo. Even the special fixation on ghosts would fit.
Semi-relatedly, I think any woman who shows an interest in anti-Yuna's dad ends up ventilated in a ditch pretty soon, but I don't want to think about her too much since the Electra Complex gets really creepy really quickly.
Make him a master of the burning diss and “The Reason You Suck” Speech. He'll never own people physically, but he could cut right to the core of how they feel.
Again, I think we already have an anti-Asakura in Class 1-A in Misato. She spreads news without DOING THE RESEARCH first, doesn't take the effort to investigate before acting, and yet she's always spraeding news and acting fully sure of what she's saying.

Maybe all the cute mascots went and formed a Council Of Vagueness. Then when that didn't work, they volunteered to do the sneaking around.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Superweapons have always been cake for me. The problem comes from having to face Ace Squadrons. Particularly if I'm not given my beloved F-22.
Most awesome theme for a one on one plane jousting battle that is conceivable.
Hm... To me, Anti-Asakura would be someone intentionally spreading lies and rumors instead of the factual truth, in any case.

Or fabricating/planting evidence. Or deliberately going after career-destroying secrets of nice people with the intent of revelling in either blackmailing/extorting them or shattering their reputations by exposing them (perhaps after using the aforementioned evidence-faking to compound it), something that I highly doubt Asakura would stoop to.
Zero trumps Unsung War, IMO.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.

Somebody should a write a ficlet where Arika snarks at her husband for his chicken-scratch writing.
