Respect the Red Right Hand
I personally want to see Disney do a shot at an animated Little Shop Of Horrors, and dedicate it to the two men who had a huge hand in the pot of the Disney Renaissance. Maybe it's the sentimentalist in me, but to me, if it's going to be animated, it just wouldn't feel right without a Disney aesthetic.
@Kyun: Howard Ashman passed away shortly after the release of The Little Mermaid, I believe.
To say nothing of the protagonist dismembering a physically abusive dentist's corpse so the plant can eat its blood.
Respect the Red Right Hand
Prior to the 2009 reboot, I really thought it would have been intriguing to have another Star Trek animated series, set in the after DS 9 and Voyager. The new premise would be a non-Starfleet crew as the focus for the first time, and the focus is largely on the shaky future following the Dominion War.
Taking place on an experimental political vessel with representatives/crew members from the various powers in the Alpha Quadrant (Klingon Empire, Cardassian Union, Romulan Star Empire, Bajoran Government, Federation, Dominion, Tzenkethi) working together sometimes in the Alpha Quadrant, but mostly missions in the unexplored sectors of the Beta Quadrant.

I'd deffinitely not mind a Guilty Gear adaptation. Maybe even a Blaz Blue one. Oooh and an Orderofthe Stick anime! That'd be so boss!
You won't escape me...Don't know if this has been said yet, but I confess. I'm one of those sad, diluted fans who thinks that Gorillaz creator Jamie Hewlett needs to make a full-length animated movie. Seriously, his "Monkey: Journey to the West" short was stunning, and the Gorillaz videos, well...
I might even go out on a highly flammable limb and say that the Gorillaz canon deserves a little more screen time. Maybe an animated short detailing their histories, or a continuation of the Plastic Beach story?
I've returned from the depths to continue politely irritating the good people of Tv Tropes.(◕‿◕✿)
From what I have heard regarding on the Gorillaz creator, he is rather strict about his character rights. He's been strict on it ever since the Tank Girl movie tanked(Which had nothing to do with the comic).
That's true. But if he were cemented as the director, What Could Possibly Go Wrong? I'm just saying that Hewlett's animation always leaves fans starved for more, and that's really not a bad place to be in as an artist. I know I'd pay good money to see a full-length Jamie Hewlett production.

I've returned from the depths to continue politely irritating the good people of Tv Tropes.(◕‿◕✿)Know what story I wanna see animated into a feature film?
Harold and the Purple Crayon. It's an old children's book from the 70's or 80's about a boy in jammies who creates tangible things in his environment with this crayon he has.
In order for a film to work though, it would need to have a massive, derailed Adaptation Expansion, not unlike Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. I'm thinking Harold could be given an age-up to his teens or something and someone else would get a hold of the old crayon he had given up years ago, OR the crayon would take on a life of its own, leading to an apocolyptic disaster that would nearly destroy a city. People would complain about the changes, but people always do.
A Zombies Ate My Neighbors animated series. Now THAT would kick ass. A Lost Vikings animated series would rock too.

Un-frickin-touchable.How about a Rayman cartoon in the animation style of Rayman Origins?

I wanna see it in stop-motion like Coraline.
