I don't know. If you put Batman and The Joker in a cage, it's not possible to call it so easily. Sure, Batman's the more skilled combatant, but The Joker's Ax-Crazy Schrödinger Fu makes up for it.

Batman doesn't have a Healing Factor, though. And of course he can't kill The Joker.
He's immune, though. And I don't think Joker would be slowed down much by a healing factor.

I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.I actually thought about a showdown between the two in passing a few times and the thought always ends with the Joker dead; the reason is that the Joker in the showdown is comic Joker, which I hate. I hate comic Joker because he's a mass murderer with a kill count in the thousands, he makes Batman and DCU's Justice system look like a joke and he's so awful you wish he'd have a gruesome and perminant death, I recently read a read a preview where he remenises about boiling a baby to death, I mean that's more than a little to much bile fascination for my tastes.
I agree to the posts above.Joker is respected while Deadpool gets little to no respect.Anyway,I can't really discern who'll win.And I don't really think neither of them will die.NEITHER of them will die because they're THEM(Do you know what will happen if one/both of them DIE???).To me though,I'm looking more forward to some sort of buddy comedy.I think it would be kinda cool though if the crossover was in pop-up(ok it's weird),which will lead to further destruction of the fourth wall(Okay, there was not anything manly in that sentence.). Other Stuff: And yeah,he'll probably hit on Harley. The "Plumber Jesus" idea is kinda nice. Both of their greatest BATTLE WINNING ASSETS IS UNPREDICTABILITY. Yes,it will be subjected to Flame Wars and Extreme Fan Wank. And lastly,I think I'll like a Insane Crime Duo better.

"BAMF!Behold my awesomeness!I am your worst fear COMING TO LIFE. I am...a kitty with a TIE." -ARCHIVEDIGGERI would think Deadpool could win. Wouldn't Deadpool be sort of the equivalent of the way the Creeper was in Batman The Animated Series?- and Joker was scared of him.
HodorSeconded. From a writing standpoint, either the Joker wins but Deadpool survives or they draw, because it prevents either character from being killed off.
But in an honest-to-Shinnok battle? Deadpool takes it. Why? Because the Joker cannot take nearly as many bullets to the face as Deadpool can. He's crazy and zany and full of traps and tricks and all kinds of other doodads, but you hit him with something lethal and he goes down. Deadpool is full of "something lethal".

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Deadpool may be indestructible Joker (maybe) can kill his freaking yellow boxes and steal spotlight
While Joker can hold a city for ransom Deadpool can ask one question.. "I will tell you story...Why soo Clooooooowns!"

I wondered, would Deadpool have a problem with Joker killing innocent people? Probably depends on the writer, but I'd think that even if Deadpool has no fear of death himself, he might have a problem with the Joker hurting other people, which would allow the Joker to have an advantage over him.
HodorIt isn't that the Joker doesn't have guns, because he has plenty of guns. It's that Deadpool is less affected by guns than the Joker.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I always anted to do it like Deadliest Warrior between these two. But I don't read the comics so I don't know what to use. Mostly
- Close range A Mallet and a Kattana
- Jokers Special Weapon is his Joy Buzzer.
My scenario: Deadpool falls through a Plot Hole and ends up in the DC Universe. He wanders around before stumbling across Joker. They end up deciding to team up to defeat Batman and whichever Marvel character Deadpool is annoyed with that day . There's lots of zany antics: comical deaths, yellow text boxes, insanity on a huge scale, and every Fourth Wall breaking trope in the book. Their Fourth Wall breaking antics are so great that they begin to unravel the fabric of the universe, causing the DC and Marvel universes to become interwoven. This leads to widespread confusion and panic, as Marvel and DC characters are busy trying to clean up the mess and figure out what's going on. Meanwhile Batman and friend focus on finding and stopping the two lunatics.
Deadpool and Joker personalities begin to clash due to them having different ideas about what is funny. They turn on each other when an argument breaks out about who should get top billing for the Crisis Crossover. At that moment, Batman and friend show up and try to stop them. We end up with a three-sided battle: Joker vs. Deadpool vs. Batman and friend.
Thread Hop- That be a weird fight Deadpool has regeneration but Joker has Joker Immunity. As for a fight they're both medium aware, so I could imagine them bouncing off panels using the breaks between scenes as cover. Deadpool using his yellow and white boxes as stepping ones or mallets. What I wonder is how Darkclaw would react to them?

If you put the two in a cage, Deadpool would win, hands down.
If Deadpool just decided, one day, that he would go kill the Joker, the Joker would win. And I hate the Joker, except in The Dark Knight. But Deadpool, as big of a badass as he is, just isn't equipped to deal with Joker's various traps, plots etc. While Joker wouldn't be able to kill Deadpool, he'd figure out some way to incapacitate or at least trap him.
