Read my stories! That adds a cultural dimension, I guess. America's sexiest man might look quite different from Japan's, and those who have an opinion on the matter might not find the other appealing at all. I think.
Actually that's stupid, I assume we all operate essenteily the same, so barring odd things like detached lips or sloped foreheads, a sexy man's a sexy man to those so inclined, just as any woman under the age of 40 without disfigurement holds some appeal to my hormone addeled male brain.

My only goal in life is to ensure that Mousa dies of a stress-induced heart attack by the age of 23. READ THISI tend to sway from two different extremes, and this is one of them. It's also impossible seeing as there are apparently no men shorter than me. TT_TT
The other extreme = ridiculously tall and slightly muscular (their more fun to dominate. >:3)
Sounds lovely, Emeriin.
Although, I know I've expressed a preference for the slender, less hairy men, but other things are key. I won't find a skinny, fluffy-haired thing any more attractive than a over-muscled wall of man if he's got the brains of a dead poodle.
Actually, no, I'd still enjoy looking at him.

There is the fact that Bara is usually made by gays for gays and Yaoi is made by squeeing fangirls for squeeing fangirls.
