I'm going to be using that a lot once my parents send me some money in a couple of days.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyApparently while I was asleep, this thread got pinned to keep it afloat... Not actually sure how I feel about that.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.Trope-tan has to be way bigger. Too much negative space on the shirt makes for a less aesthetically pleasing effect )= .
But that's pretty damn awesome that we're actually setting this shit up. I hope we get some awesome merch afloat.

My iMoodRegarding Trope-tan, I suspect the size of the image on the shirt is a factor of its resolution, and making it larger would make it less clear.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.Probably. Wouldn't we need to vectorize the image anyway in order to be able to put it on a T-shirt in the first place?
Or someone could re-draw the same image into Illustrator so we can resize her as needed. It's a good drawing, we could do a lot with it.

My iMoodI wonder if The Situation was actually a blessing in disguise. Perhaps the revenue from this store will make up for money lost during The Situation?
Whatcha gonna do, little buckaroo? | i be pimpin' madoka ficsI just ordered the mousepad.
Shortly afterwards, I just realized that my only pointing devices are a trackpad and a tablet.
I guess I'll just click on that Amazon banner and order a mouse, then.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyRawk!
Unfortunately, I had $0 left after paying rent this month, so maybe next month.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.I'm pretty sure Zazzle lets you adjust the size of an image on your shirt.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyWe need a better pic of Trope-tan, though. I'm sure any larger and she'll show visible artifacting on the hoodie.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.^Yeah, I went and checked it out, and you can even see it on the site's interface. I'm still holding out for a better Trope-tan before I buy one of her.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyRoomie just got a tablet. I can get some vector-based software and work tracery magic to make a larger image, I think...
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.I am pretty glad that TV Tropes is able to successfully sell merchandise now. Of course, the idea of wearing a Deadpan Snarker t-shirt does not appeal to me personally, but "different strokes for different folks" applies here I suppose. *
I do like how the site has diversified its merchandise somewhat too.

So if you go to http://www.zazzle.com/tvtropes*
(note the * in the URL) and buy something, TV Tropes gets a cut of the money.
If you go there, then browse through other shops on Zazzle, TV Tropes gets a 15% referral fee for every purchase. (This referral fee is in addition to any moneys they get for buying TV Tropes merch.)
Friggin' AWESOME.
