So, ladies and gents, what's your Awesome Theme Tune? That piece of music that REALLY resounds with you? The song that makes you think "Dear god, this may have been made for someone else by someone else, but it speaks to me so much"?

For me, it's probably (fairly wanky and twattish in this situation, I have to admit) the awesome Behind Blue Eyes by The Who. I think it's the only song I can sing correctly.

So, come on, one and all, let's here your Awesome Theme Tune, no matter how silly it may seem!

It really depends on my mood, personally. But it would have to be played on a Pipe Organ, Grand Piano, Tesla Coil. I personally like Dukas' The Sorcerer's Apprentice, since I'm usually the epitome of Nice Job Breaking It, Hero!. But also King Dedede's theme on guitar is awesome

Not my favorite song. In fact, it's actually an instrumental. But it's still awesome.

For me, it's a three-way tie:

  • Psyche Rock by Pierre Henry
  • Atlantis by Donovan. Sure, the intro's a bit slow, but the rest of it is kinda cool.
  • A Brand New Day, from The Wiz. It's one of those songs that, if I'm in a foul mood, hearing it will pick me right back up.

Embroiled in slave rebellion, I escaped crucifixion simply by declaring 'I am Vito', everyone else apparently being called 'Spartacus'.

Silly but awesome theme.

Honestly, my favorite theme ever. Does this make me a commie bastard?
