Donate money to Skullgirls, get a sweet poster. So, someone on another forum provided a summary of a Q&A Mark Meer had at some convention, I figured you guys might be interested, so here it is:
He plays the games as a Renegade first and then plays them a second time as a Paragon. He joked that doing it that way makes him feel like he's redeeming himself the second time around.
His Renegade Shepard romanced Ashley in ME 1 and Miranda in ME 2.
His Paragon Shepard romanced Liara in ME 1 and Tali in ME 2.
His favorite male character is Wrex and he said both of his Shepards are very pro-Krogan.
His favorite Shepard line is "I should go."
His Shepards endorsed all of the shops on the Citadel.
He chose Anderson as the council leader on both of his playthoughs.
His Xbox red-ringed after playing ME 1, so he wasn't able to import his save to ME 2. He said he intends to go back and do a proper ME 1-ME 2-ME 3 playthough after the new game comes out.
He noted that there will be special scenes and/or rewards for players who imported their ME 1 save into ME 2 and then, subsequently, import their ME 2 save into ME 3. (Woot!)
He was originally brought into the Mass Effect project to help develop how the different alien races would sound when they spoke. You can specifically thank him for creating the voices for the Salarians and the Volus.
Mark Meer is also the voice of Niftu Cal, the "Biotic God" from ME 2.
He also provides the voice for Prazza, one of Tali's squadmates on Freedom's Progress in ME 2.
He is also the voice of Blasto, the Hanar Spectre in ME 2.
He also created and provides the voices for all of the Vorcha in ME 2.
Before Michael Beattie was cast, Mark recorded all of the place-holder dialogue for Mordin. Yes, even the Gilbert and Sullivan song. He sang a bit of it, but couldn't remember the words.
He is good friends with the actors who play Conrad Verner (Jeff Page) and Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani (April Banigan). He jokingly said that he punches out April every time he sees her.
He has played some portions of ME 3 and says that it's amazing. He said that the ending that he saw (obvisouly just one of many possible) was very emotional. He joked that you'll probably need a box of Cleenex by the end of the game.
The "Red Sand" Mass Effect fan film that he is involved with is being made by a visual effects school as the senior class' final project. He was contacted by the school and asked to play the lead, Jon Grissom (the man who Grissom Academy is named after). He joked that he doesn't look like an action hero, but they insisted on him being involved, so he accepted.
When asked, he said he probably won't be providing any voices in SW:TOR due to the fact that he is based in Edmonton and Lucas Arts does all their voice work in Los Angeles.
He said that he would love to do the voice of Doctor Doom one day.
He is an avid gamer and loves RP Gs more than any other genre. He did, however, grow out of games for a while and it was the Resident Evil series that brought him back into the fold.
He loves RP Gs the best because he used to play Dungeons & Dragons when he was younger. He hasn't played D&D for years, but still likes to buy the handbooks to read through them. He has yet to look at any of the 4.x books.
With all those filters, I'm amazed that anyone could know that without looking the cheat sheet.

#IceBearForPresidentMale-Shep is Niftu Cal? Awesome! Now, any time I play a male Shepard with biotics, I'm going to imagine him boasting about being a great biotic wind that will sweep all before him like a . . . great wind. And then I will laugh.
Also, it makes me happy that, regardless of gender, Shepard is Canadian. Suck on that, everywhere else.
As for that video of deleted lines, I think my favourite was for all the "Maybe it's you, Shepard" ones. They all say, "Maybe the Collectors saw something special in you," but only Kasumi says it with the "nudge-nudge-wink-wink" tone that the line implies.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics. The video I posted has me wondering why they cut the lines concerning the Reapinator. Spoiling to much for Mass Effect 3 maybe? Interesting to say the least. And Zaeed got the best lines.

I weas the last one donwn.
