Wiped all of the work-specific pages, except for Family Guy because someone reverted it post-haste and I don't want to get into an edit war.
^ If that's trolling, please don't. Fast Eddie posted in the previous thread that these rules will be applied to all of the pages, this isn't just me going all vigilante on DMOS.
On the other hand, if that was sincere, I wouldn't call you an idiot, it was a reasonable reaction to a page getting wiped as I hadn't linked to the discussion.

If you're talking about the Family Guy page, my recent edit was me at first going "RAGE! How dare they revert this!" Wiping the contents, putting back the new rules format, realizing I hadn't linked to the discussion before then, and ctrl-z'ing the edit, making it look like I restored the page somehow :/ He had reverted the page before me.

You did restore the page somehow. It's in it's original form as we speak. Family Guy

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickYeah, I didn't see the discussion before I had restored the examples. I see now that the new rules are a lot more stringent. I think I signed any entry I already added to any of the D Mo S pages.
Re-wiping the Family Guy page then.
Finished off Webcomics as well, I took out the foldering that kept VG Cats separate from the other comics, if it's attracted enough hate to need its own section just give it a subpage.

I have put a notice in the Film section discussion and added the rules in to give people some time to edit their own examples before any clean up begins.
Film had an extra rule already there that I left in.
- No Real Life examples, including Executive Meddling. That is just asking for trouble.

"I want it to be punishable by death that DMOS shouldn't include people taking ridiculous levels of offense at things clearly intended as jokes."
"Just Joking" Justification says being a joke is never an excuse for a bad moment.
I found the "McCain/Palin = Nazi" joke in Family Guy to be their DMOS, and I didn't even support those two.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Hence 'ridiculous levels of offense'. You know, where people actively try to deconstruct the joke, or make cringeworthy statement along the lines of ''I literally threw up!'.
I'm not on about excessively tasteless jokes that hide behind Just Joking. I'm on about over-sensitive tropers whose world comes to an end because their Best Person Eva(tm) was the target of one comment.
Okay, that I can understand. And it's good that we clear these up, so we can be sure about what is proper here.
And on that note, the OP should have the point "Entries are not to be used as back doors for Complaining About Shows You Dont Like."
I mean, I like Family Guy, so that DMOS for me isn't complaining about the show, in case anyone asks.

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Well, unless there's an entry that's blatantly untrue (IE: "The DMOS for me was when Character A called Character B worse than Hitler!" When that never happened in the show), we should leave it be. It's subjective, and hey, if they missed that it was a joke maybe it was a DMOS without the humor factor.
If you feel that way, then perhaps you aren't the kind of contributor we want on the wiki. We are most emphatically not a place where people can bitch about stuff unrestrained.
DMOS will continue to exist, on sufferance. But you are limited to one bitch per troper, per work, and you have to sign it. If you can't obey those rules, well...

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Fast Eddie posted in the previous thread to the effect that this set of rules will be applied to all of the DMOS pages, take it up with him if you have a problem.
Went through the Web Original section.

Continuation of a previous thread.
Many if not all of the pages under Dethroning Moment Of Suck need to be revised to fit with the new rules that have been developed since its creation. The rules that need to be posted on each page and followed are as follows.
Needless to say it will be no small feat to clean up each and every one of the subpages, so this thread will be used to keep track of things.
I'm currently going through all of the sub-sub pages (Zero Punctuation and That Guy With The Glasses under Web Original for example) as those are the smallest and thus easiest pages to deal with.
