@Aquaconda No he didn't he beat him by overheating him, as his heat resistance was not as good as his durability. Like if you are going to complain about things at least be accurate about it.

It was not a definitive win anyway, cause the guy got up right away still in fighting shape.

I don't know what chapter you read because he definitely didn't. And the guy was definitely shown easily tanking Natsu's strongest flames beforehand so him just getting oneshotted make no sense.

No Natsu just punched him with flame enhanced fists (and his head once). Then got knocked onto the boat and was disabled.

In the second fight he just burned the guy with his hottest flames until his heat resistance gave out. Then this chapter it turned out he was not one shotted as he got back up still in fighting shape.

Saw the new episode, and now I remember how disappointed I was with Brandish. Despite having quite the power to change sizes she acts so lazy and uncaring towards everything in the beginning.

In hindsight, while I still don't think much of her, I think that was on purpose.

If Brandish ever actually got serious, she'd probably beat everyone sans Zeref and Acnologia herself with ease.

Her laziness is to keep her from taking a fight instantly.

Of course, maybe she never should have been that powerful in the first place, but Mashima isn't the first to make that mistake.

Still, both author and creation suck anyway.

I caught up with 100 Years Quest. The action was still bad, but at least the villains come off as competent.

New chapter is out and is actually interesting and presents a pretty cool moral dilemma (that will get bullshitted out of cause shounen but w/e its the thought that counts).

We'll se what happens however. Mashima sometimes manages to get things right in spite of himself. This might be one of those moments.

Well, shit, that's certainly one way to escalate the story. Killing off the entire fairy tail guild it looks like. Or stealing all their magic and turning them into puppets like the water dragon god.

One thing is consistent: full dragons are a force to be reckoned with every for a dragon slayer.

It also seems that Wendy being able to enchant others with Dragon Slaying magic is gonna be a thing. A bullshit thing, but hey, that's Fairy Tail.

She did it in the Irene fight. Lets people other than DS to pretend to do damage till Nasu or Erza wins.

Yeah. I remember that's when she first started. I suppose being possessed and learning her magic was similar to Irene's gave her the idea.

I like how everyone is focusing on Wendy's hax magic and not the bullshit that happened in the last few pages.

I don't call this an asspull. I'm actually really hyped for this. I think Ignia's design is neat. His hair is kinda stupid but his tats are radical. With the way his pants look there's an almost native american feel to him which might be what his hair is suppose to invoke, like, a native american headdress.
