Lemming Cops Hollywood Police Driving Academy

I can see no substantial difference between these two-both describe police driving their vehicles in unsafe/incompetent/useless ways. The only substantive difference is that Lemming Cops is mainly about police mindlessly following each other or the chasee, making it a subtrope of HPDA.

You just said why they are separate: Lemming Cops is a subtrope, a specific way of playing out the Hollywood Police Driving Academy.

Supertrope and subtrope. Even you admit it. I see no reason to merge.
