If 'shaming someone for not engaging with media the same way you do is rude', then you might as well call Lycropath out too, for ridiculing me for partaking in what they considered 'fan wanking'. That's only fair.
Don't worry, that's all I wanted to say at this point in time. I won't continue this argument.
I'm sorry for getting you involved in this. I don't know what it was that you had said, but you probably didn't deserve to get thumped like I did.

Just let it go.
Do you think we'll ever get a properly explorable form of Destiny Islands? Squeenix have already given us a massive islands world with the Caribbean.
I could see them potentially adding the area beyond the island, like the mainland Sora came from, but the island itself we saw in Kingdom Hearts 1 will probably won't be revisited outside of a cutscene
I still find it weird how Sora's backstory has never been explored before, you;'d think its something they'd have done by now
I feel a bit dirty for busting out Ultima Weapon now and then, but after five deaths to the damn Titans my standards drop.
Destiny Island is the big cocktease at this point
People will want it
Nomura sees no point in making a fully fleshed out world but will constantly include it in Story scenes
or my personal favorite... We'll go there only to NOT be able to go to the main islands

I do wonder how hard it is to make an explorable world out of an environment we see in cutscenes. I think most KH 3 cutscenes are in-engine rather than pre-rendered? We have stuff like Destiny Islands, Yen Sid's tower, Radiant Garden and more that we get to see only in cutscenes.
I'm catching up on Union Cross after a couple months leaving it uninstalled, and while I'm digging the new story stuff like Brain going "Man I don't even know if we're in the real or digital Daybreak Town. Shit's weird, yo," I now hate Wreck-It Ralph. Fuck you and your medal, Ralph, take your literally hundreds of thousands of life bars and go sit in the mud where you belong.
At this point in the gameís life, Iíve just been mentally treating each health bar as one hit point. It helps disguise the ridiculousness of the power creep.

Hundreds of thousands of health bars? Seriously?
I haven't played since the first few months after launch, so...
i pretend union cross does not exist,if I think about all the deepest lore im missing I get angry
Thatís just the story content. The extra challenges go further, into the millions of health bars.
Itís so stupid itís funny, as long as you donít actually care to complete them.
On the other hand, power creep makes it possible for those hundreds of thousands of health bars (for story bosses) to be depleted in three turns or less, with enough relatively recent medals that the gacha may or may not bless a player with. Again, so stupid itís funny.
Just wait until you hear about the multiplayer implementation!
I remember raid bosses, but thereíd only been a few of them by the time I started trailing off. Are we talking PVP or something?

I wonder, do you think we'll get a new world or two for DLC?
Mayyybe, I can't imagine it'll just be in re-used areas, will it?
I'm not sure. Depends on what the DLC's scope is, I expect some new areas, but not outright new worlds. DLC is kind of uncharted space for Kingdom Hearts, and in the current landscape that could mean anything from a full-on expansion (remember those?) to a couple cosmetic changes.
We will certainly not add Disney worlds considering how much effort has to go into their development and how much oversight Disney and Pixar exert on them. That would probably balloon up the development time of Re MIND. But I could certainly see the implementation of original worlds.
As a matter of fact, I expect at least the Mysterious Tower as a part of Limit Cut. We know from the 2015 Jump Festa trailer that it was supposed to be playable at a point. I also expect a new world for the secret episode. For the Re MIND scenario itself? Who knows. From what we are shown, we will certainly return to the Keyblade Graveyard - I could see them expanding on Scala Ad Caelum, maybe.
Scala is a massive missed opportunity, yeah. Hell, didn't some data miners find out that you originally could explore it more, riding on the cable car lines between islands and junk?
Yeah, I am cautious with how much I think I can realistically except - but Limit Cut alone is implied to add about as much as KHIIFM. And stuff like Data Battles, Mysterious Tower, Radiant Garden and Scala ad Caelum - which are already halfway made anyway, apparently - seem like a quick and easy way to spruce up the game.
So, you know ... I really want to see a new trailer.
Remind (heh) me, is Limit Cut gonna include Re:Mind plus some other stuff? Or are they separate things?
The way it was explained around the time of the announcement:
Now, scenario can be a pretty broad term - 0.2 was classified as a scenario. It is interesting that they don't call it an episode when they also have a Secret Episode, but I would still be cautious to assume that Re MIND will be as substantial as 0.2.

The Remind Trailer will probably be at TGS and will give us the release date for it.
It was stated to be in Winter, so I can assume that sometime in December or maybe even January for 3's 1 year anniversary.
