Lets see if they introduce a Rey or Ashoka Tano next game just to continue the Star Wars parallels.
I mean Sora being yoinked off to TWEWY-land, not the Foreteller stuff.
They already mentioned meeting again in DDD. So gotta follow that up.
Am I the only one who wants Verum Rex to be its own game? It looks like what Versus XIII would have been before it became XV.
Nomura wants his new Antisora and Sora in the samegame.
Kh took him away from his second child so now he used his first child to bring his second one back
I've never actually played TWEWY, so I'm actually more interested in the Foreteller stuff in the epilogue; at least, now that I've seen Back Cover and know who these assholes are supposed to be. For me, the secret ending was just Sora and Riku waking up in some city somewhere.
I beat 3 last night.
A lot of stuff I would have said re: Kairi already got mentioned. I do think getting spoiled on it ahead of time softened the blow fwiw. The final stretch of the game also... really has some of the most egregious instances of Cutscene Incompetence I think Iíve ever seen. And for how damn PRETTY it is, Iím really bummed we donít get to properly explore Scala ad Caelum; the last 10 seconds of the Final Battle trailer had me anticipating it more than any other world. For Disney worlds, I think Arendelle was the only one I didnít super dig for reasons already stated (Skoll ultimately saves it though, wtf that fight had no right being as awesome as it was). And the overarching plot continues to make my eyes roll the longer I think about it.
I liked everything else though. I think the entire Xehanort fight is fantastic (yeah, spoiler alert, you fight Xehanort). The Orginzation boss rush was also filled with some pretty awesome moments. I have long accepted the fact that KH will prioritize flash over substance in gameplay, and it super delivers on the flashiness. Also, Xion in normal clothes is suprsingly cute???
My biggest hopes for dlc is more Scala ad Caelum and an arena. For the latter, I would like to request this.

Scala ad Caelum definitely feels like there was supposed to be more there. The guys show up like "Whoa, what is this place? Look at this giant city. Why are there no people? What happened here?"
But ain't nobody got time for that because bad guys randomly appear after five seconds of intrigue and the whole world just becomes a battleground for the final stage. Xehanort makes some comment about it being "The world where worlds are born" but no effort to explain what that means or why this is a clearly depopulated city is ever made.
There's just enough intrigue to get the player invested before the engaging mystery is abruptly shot in the head for the sake of the final battle. Much like Clearly Supposed To Be Elsa's Ice Palace in the Frozen world; you can feel the overbearing presence of cut content.

It wouldn't surprise me if they're saving Scala for a Xehanort and Eraqus game.
Back in the closed-theatre reveal of Caelum back in 2013-14, when we thought it was called "cable town" they apparently showed Sora going into the Xehanort and Eraqus chess room. So.
I wish I could believe the lack of exploration and exposition on what the deal with Scala ad Caelum just didn't make the cut for the final game but... To me it just reads as even more brazen and gratuitous setting of sequel hooks than anything else... And probably for fucking Union X at that. Given that it seems that the (upside-down for some reason) ruins of Daybreak Town are beneath the main town, underwater.

It would'n surprise me if the game after Kingdom Hearts comes a surprisingly improved sequel given that it was their first major kingdom hearts release on the main consoles in a long time,I'm not counting remakes or releases
I mean, they had to remake KHI from scratch entirely because they lost all the assets.
Did anyone else prefer the way Haley Joel Osment played Vanitas in Birth by Sleep?
I feel like he puts on a much raspier, creepier voice for the character here than he did in that game — probably because here he needs to differentiate the role more sharply from Sora, who appears in the same scenes — but he comes off as way less intimidating as a result.
Yeah, Vanitas in III sounded really weird to me. I much prefer BBS version.
In fact I would go so far as to say Osment's acting was one of the high points of BBS' localization, along with Mark Hamill's Eraqus.

Yeah Vanitas' voice was better in BBS. It was a lot more natural sounding.
In III, Osment sounds like he's trying to force it and it comes off as artificial.
I do appreciate how noticeably different Roxas and Ventus' voices are despite using the same VA.
Like you can tell the voice direction for Roxas was be badass but with hints of hostility in opposition to Ventus.
I thought it was fine. Different and meant to make him sound distinct from Sora.
Because Sora doesn't realize its his face and voice under the mask.
I liked vanitas in 3 be Use it sounded like he was forcing it like the smug jerk he is
How do you get postcards from Moogles? A guide I found said that you just need to buy stuff from them but I've bought over 200 items in the past few minutes and have gotten nothing.
The only time I thought Vanitas' newfound smarminess didn't work was after he got his helmet broken. I think if there was any time for him to drop the attitude, it was then.
It has nothing to do with how much you buy, itís how often you shop. Just go in and out (all the way out, back to gameplay) of the noodle shop, buying a single potion each time. Should be getting a card every two or three times.
I assume youíre trying to get the Orichalcum +? Donít send your postcards immediately, build twenty or so, save and then send them all. Itíll show up in no time, and if it doesnít you can just reload and send them again.
Its like Pokťmon lottery, but without any bullshit. If you still havenít gotten it after half an hour from buying the first potion, you have seriously shit luck.

Ah, I see. Next time I boot up the game, I'll have to do some more munny grinding and then I can get to that.
