Well, I did some digging, and Momo's resume doesn't say anything about her maturity test. I may have been thinking of May, after she got out of Robot Jail. The resume does give Momo's age at the time—in seconds. It works out to 2.7 years. Edit: Turns out I didn't need to do all that division; 19 strips later, she says so.
The page after the resume has the super-interesting Rant about how A.I.s are born.

Cameo from Roko's endgame paramour.
Is the global meta-AI widely known about and Yay Newfriend is an emergence within the meta-AI, or is Yay the meta-AI?

Fresh-eyed movie blogFound it. I stayed up too late Archive Bingeing again.
"I am really strong and smart"
On the topic of cameos, is that not!Bleminda being admonished in the first panel?
Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.I figured not!Bleminda was older than teenage. Younger sister?
Blunt, but it's good advice. Applying for a job just because you find one of the employees hot is a bad idea, for a number of reasons. Not the least because it kind of makes you look like a stalker.
Disgusted, but not surprisedYeah, May's right here. A bit too honest, but right nonetheless.
Yeah, preventing Winslow from becoming THAT GUY is a good thing. Sometimes it's hard to be honest and it feels like you're being mean, but Winslow is... not being very stable / rational at the moment.
Hanners trip was good for HER but she didn't consider the impact on her companion AI.
Weirdly, if anything, it's made her more aggressively "My way or the highway" but played for laughs (Telling Dora how to run things, whilst necessary for a health and safety perspective, comes off as a swing towards something else)
We haven't seen a proper poly relationship in the strip as yet, wonder if it'll be a Basilisk / Winslow / Clinton mix at some point? That'd be a nice sidestep of the usual "rivalry" thing.
Has there been any teasing between Roko and Clinton? Isn't he still hung up on Brun and Elliot?
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets."Hung up" implies there's been any kind of development in that triangle, but no, Jeph has just been teasing a bunch of different possibilities with no developments in sight (Roko fantisized a bit about Clinton after they had run into each other when she got drunk).
Of note, Brun, Elliot and what's-her-face had a couple pages of appearance this year. Clinton's been nowhere in sight.
Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.A quick look at Roko's love life, such that we've seen:
- The date with Pintsize was originally a Patreon bonus strip that got made canon. As such, Roko just looks annoyed at Pintsize's usual shenanigans, though given later revelations she might have been into it if Pintsize had, you know, attempted to develop a relationship with her first.
- They matched on a robot dating site on which Pintsize was quite upfront about his desires. Again, the unstated problem here is that he attempted to act upon them during conversation on the blind date.
- Roko's perspective of the date is the first hint, with her furious denial in panel one, of her bread fetish. This is also where she expresses a desire for "a little companionship."
- Roko says Clinton is too short for her, but later on has a fantasy about him (and bread).
- Roko again turns down the idea of someone helping her indulge her fetish outside the context of a relationship—of course, this is Melon offering, so...
After that her story progresses through Secret Bakery meetings, quitting her job and getting her new one, and then making friends with Faye and Bubbles and immediately afterward getting squashed. Her and May's body storylines take priority from there.
I find it interesting that Clinton and Winslow have physical similarities; Roko would probably protest that Winslow is "too short," but she may be interested anyway.
#4075: Hey, look, a Brick Joke.
This might be a breakthrough for Winslow — meeting a big animal that isn't kicking him, shitting on him, slobbering on him, or using his brain as a nest.

Disgusted, but not surprisedYou might be right, we'll see. Ironic that it's an emu; that thing could probably kick harder than the yak if it had a mind to.

Aren't emus supposed to be very aggressive or is that cassowaries i'm thinking about?
That's cassowaries.
Sure didn't stop the emus from kicking Australia's ass during the Great Emu War of '32.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. That was more just the military failing to kill them, besides people often forget that they died in droves afterwards when a bounty was put on them.
What, and nobody started farming them for extra rewards?
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableEmus have a long gestation and growth period. Generally longer than an active bounty probably
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youI imagine that's why that whole emu farming thing in the 90s and early 2000s didn't catch on?
I assume being a antro PC would require being 18 or equivalent at least.
