They have nothing to do wih canon, but VG Cats seems to be on a Negative Continuity most of the time.
Jaime, eso no fue divertido.

Indeed, it seems to have no continuity, but just recurring characters. That is usual for comedic webcomics.
Lo siento, Vandro. Tratare de no hacerlo mas en el futuro proximo, por lo menos en este topico.
Legally Free ContentWhile it's true that VG Cats doesn't have much of a continuity in the first place, I like to think that the characters' characterizations are somewhat consistant.
now here is a problem that I find in this comic
: it's too good. A really Tough Act to Follow. I mean, how the hell is he gonna top that? It's so sweet it gave me diabettes

Donate money to Skullgirls, get a sweet poster.I... What? Complex emotional interactions? Non-offensive punchline? Is this the same webcomic?
They assed first. I am only retaliating in an ass way. -The Dead Man's LifeEhhmmm, WAS there even a punchline? Wasn't this whole thing aimed at a Crowning Moment Of Heartwarming, thus not needing a punchline?
Yeah, you know, I think the author does a fine job giving us the LO Ls every time he does update.
But maybe it's time for him to find something else to do. It's getting rather clear that he simply doesn't have the time/motivation to have a webcomic.

I've been wondering, are those two roommates? Seems like they share a house.
