Since only one ending is shown, it looks more like a Non-Standard Game Over (or maybe just a regular game over) than anything else.
I guess so, damn. (this is what it says in english.)
It would fit well on Dating Sim I think then

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!We could as well use any random Visual Novel screenshot, it isn't better just because it happened to be used in an anime.
Maybe this page
from Mahou Sensei Negima will work?
Although it may become unreadable if resized.
"Bad End" just looks like a Non-Standard Game Over. The best way we could show this is multiple images of the same shot with key differences.
ETA: And since I'm in a Bioshock mood, I do believe these
endings provide multiple shots of different scenarios.

How about something similar to Game Informer's Mass Effect 2 Ending Flow Chart
◊? (Humongous version here
)
The main problem here is that we can't actually spoil the endings. Massive spoilers being the first thing you notice after opening a page is generally frowned upon.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyWhat about Cave Story? We could get a comparison shot of Quote being flown off the island in each given ending, with dialogue that hints at what happens next...
- You escaped the island without confronting the Doctor. Did he take over the world? Who cares?
- You defeated the Doctor and put an end to his plans for world domination!
- You defeated Ballos and prevented anyone else from trying to take over the world using the evil MacGuffin!
Mass Effect isn't even a good example, since it's essentially "you win" or "you fail". The only alternates is who lives and dies. Dragon Age is better in that regard.
^No, it also has whether you side with the Illusive man or not.
Infinite Tree: an experimental story

A good example for this visually [1]
