Three Vikings style?
Violen the Stout, Agile the Swift, Serges the... um... Old?
I would personally go with Serges the Smart for alliteration with the other two, but Serges the Wise is equally viable.
They can call themselves Huey, Dewey and Louie for all I care.
You had one job X Hunters! You failed!
I don't see a hunted X! I see X standing over your charred corpses!
And he's a pacifist! How do you lose a fight to a dude who hates fighting and tries to avoid it!?
For shame! For shame!

It turns out desecrating the recyclables of his friend is one of his anger buttons
Who’d a thunk?
And here's a hypothetical outlook of an ending to an X3 remake's Vile Mode where Vile realizes his own flaws and just stops getting involved with X's story (this is so non-canon it hurts):

And then he opened a casino in a place with a non extradition treaty
Dynamo eventually joined him down there
Ridiculous idea: Maverick Hunter X3 where it's part of the story that Repliforce is deployed to fight alongside the Maverick Hunters and stop Doppler. Not much changes in the X story, but when you unlock the Vile story, it turns out that you're instead fighting your way through the bosses of X4.
Oh god, that means that Vile would probably have to face Colonel and Iris instead of Bit and Byte. As well as this painful scene after Vile defeats Iris:
Iris: Do your worst, Vile! You killed my brother!! (closes her eyes in anticipation of the Front Runner piercing through her body)
Vile: (fires his Front Runner at an angle that misses Iris completely) I... I can't do it. I'm not going to be the one to kill you. That will only serve to piss off X... or worse, Zero. Not only that, but it would be something that jackass Sigma would do in my situation. (walks away)
Iris: (opens her eyes slowly to see Vile walking away) ...Vile... (drops to her knees and starts crying)

"Killing your brother was enough. Now run along and tell your general to get off his giant, gold-plated ass!"
That would be pretty fascinating actually.
That's...pretty interesting, though it kinda makes Vile the bigger person. Then again, him choosing to walk away might be the only way for it to end: X can try but if Vile doesn't want to end it, he won't.
Random fic idea: Zero isn't awoken before the event of X1, but sometime after the events of X2 or even 3, and joins Repliforce.
This actually pits him against X and the Maverick Hunters during the events of X4. Maybe with Iris and Alia as dueling operators for them.
I think I've suggested this idea before, but that was a very long time ago.

Vile deciding that he just no longer wants to deal with X in any way shape or form is an idea I unexpectedly like.
I wonder how X would feel. On the one hand, he'd probably be glad to never have to see Vile again, as he himself believes the latter's grudge is pointless.
But on the other hand, with all the lives Vile has taken, would X be satisfied with just letting him go like that just because Vile has decided whelp! I'm done!?
He let Dynamo get away with killing a city
I thiiink Dynamo has killed more people than Vile has
Anyway, Zero in Repliforce is a good plot bunny
Can someone truly be said to have gotten away without punishment if they've been used to grind nightmare souls countless times?
Granted, there was that whole thing of Dynamon getting killed by Ryu and Ken Shoryuken-ing him in half in one of those crossover comics. So he didn't exactly get away 100%.
Good news: Despite initial worries about lackluster first week sales in Japan, MM11 has been doing well overall and Capcom's pretty pleased with it.
The financial results for the 3rd Quarter of the Fiscal Year 2018 are in and Mega Man 11 (as well as Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2) are performing well with strong sales.
In other words, Mega Man is here to stay!

Well, Classic Mega Man is here to stay at the very least. I don't know if Capcom intends to do anything further with the X series other than rereleases of games they already made.

speaking of Mega Man rereleases, I'd be pretty cool with Legacy Collections for either MM Legends or Battle Network.
in fact, why not make collections of all the Mega Man series, while we're at it?
That would be interesting, but here's a question: What would they do about Mega Man X: Command Mission? The X Legacy Collections are already out and I don't know about you guys, but it would be a complete tease to just make that game DLC.

There is also the Xtreme Duology for the Gameboy Color that not many people remember.

Indeed, but at the same time I think those two are on the 3DS's Virtual Console. Personally, I would want Capcom to rerelease those two along with a third game but how would the plot of a hypothetical Mega Man Xtreme 3 play out? Make it a full-blown Alternate Continuity of X5 where Iris survived the Repliforce coup and becomes Zero's navigator for the Eurasia Crisis?

Nobody really cares about Command Mission. It was a spin-off game that wasn't even that well-received.
True, but it was a decent RPG in its own right and a better Breath of Fire-style game than the actual PS2 Breath of Fire game.
