Troper Updates II, Part II

Go To

In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.

Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

But it doesn't stop there, oh no...

Urgh, just had to carry a ton of rubbish to the tip. Then immediately cleansed myself with tons of soap and shampoo... disgusting.

There are so many ways that doesn't make sense.

@Zyxzy: True, but people didn't pursue it much because it couldn't easily be made into a bomb.

At least, according to the article I read the other day.

"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."

I didn't look at the video, but there should be a pothole to Development Hell somewhere, shouldn't there?

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

This afternoon:

  • Completed an application form — I don't expect to get the job, but well, it's worth a shot...
  • Completed some more "Research" (wasting time, in other words, but some more useful stuff done anyhow).
  • Got ready for work, in which I'll be back...at some point or other later this evening.

EDIT: And Koizumi's entry on Stepford Smiler. I agree.

Small-scale societies with large wealth differences are more likely to have gods that punish immorality. Golly.
