In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.

Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

@Schitzo: Ha. I'm an animation nerd, but couldn't name you a Simpsons episode or a video game. Definitely not well-rounded knowledge. v_v  blah blah blah

@Norn: *checks Danae* huh. I only know The Kiss because it's famous. My art teacher really likes the metallics.

A quarter of the shit in Blackest Night confused me because I'm not up to date on Mainstream DC.

Klimt: I always liked Judith. Totally want that on a Tshirt or something. As well as Munch's Madonna, while we're on the subject.

[up]I like the second one.

Le Portrait De Petite Cossette's description looks really spoilery, but maybe not. Not like I've seen it. Hm.

Judith's pretty good, but as far as Klimt's mythological paintings go I think I like Pallas Athena better. Something about the eyes.

Klimt's not my favorite artist, though. That laurel may go to Gustav Dore, but I'm not 100% sure.

Our youth ministry leader's baby has learned to jump/bounce when you hold him steady. FUCKING ADORABLE. Never thought I'd say the words, "Yes, Jack, that is my bra, now let's get your foot out of it!" but life is strange.

Watched The Bells of St. Mary's at youth group. Bing Crosby is marvelous. Hung out on the floor with one of my girlies :D
