In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

Hurrah! With the burst of morale obtained via humorous conversation with a friend, I was able to OBTAIN MY MUSIC DEVICE! I can now go to be without leaving my bed.
A victory, I guess.
Ah, I see. That's kind of like mine, I guess. Rough estimate of our thing:
Elementary: 5-11, grades Kindergarten-5th
Middle: 12-14, grades 6th-8th(some schools add on 9th)
High: 15-18, grades 9th-12th(again, some schools start this at 10th)

"The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go."Argh, I can't decide whether I want the Final Fantasy Fanfare or Zelda's ITEM GET music to play! D:
Edit: Oh, I'm 15, not 14. Missed that part of your post.

Will Vandom. Young, dumb, and the W in WITCH. She's the leader of the group. Amusingly enough, her power is Heart.
Hope, get off my lawn before I shoot your kneecaps.

Hopey, if you do not get off my lawn this instant, I will curbstomp your butterfly wearing ass!

Oh, different education systems.
Okay, primary education (assuming child was born at the start of term) goes from age of 5 to 11.
Secondary education goes from 12 to 16.
Further education goes from 17-18.
So, therefore, as a 14-year-old, you are in secondary education.
Anyway, that's good to know.
