In my opinion Birds of a Feather should be renamed, since there is a British sitcom called Birds of a Feather and many non-English speaking countries don't know the meaning of the proverb.

[up]Pre-existing terms take precedence to work titles, and this proverb is at least a few hundred years old.

And this is an English-language wiki. Any difficult word or idiomatic expression may be unknown to non-native speakers. (For the record, I'm not a native English speaker myself.)

The sitcom would go under Series/BirdsOfAFeather. Courtesy link.

The pre-existing term wins. It far pre-dates the sitcom.

"Birds of a feather" is an Aesop from... Aesop.

Wow, then I was off with a couple of thousand years!

Well, unless this sitcom is a couple thousand years old I think this one is closed.
