I agree completely.

You got all these other games claiming they cant be profitable unless they shove big chunks of paid DLC in meanwhile fans desperately want something like that and we get radio silence.
Maybe we will get a far cry style Mission-Pack Sequel reusing the assets.
Honestly a lot of people would pay to be able to use any character in any mission, if that would even work. Guess a couple of V bosses would be pretty ass.
Finally got to start using dante. You know that mcmahon meme where he becomes progressively more excited? That's like me with V > Nero > Dante's gameplay. Dante's a beast in this game.
Balrog is freakin awesome. My favorite fistcuffs weapon yet. Cavalier was not only a fun boss that reminded me of something out of souls, but the weapon is really cool too. I just got faust but I haven't used it yet.
Admittedly I still don't like the whole thing with V and you know what and I feel it cheapened the potential of his character a lot. Shame because I like him otherwise.
Dante in V is a contender for the best stylish action MC of all time. Just don't abuse Faust too much.

So I'm not going to touch any further than I should since it's way off topic, but it's not the pairing that's stupid. It's the backlash.
I just flat out think Dante is the coolest video game character.
So many things about him is the pinnacle of what a video game character is supposed to be.
Because of the time in my life I played that game, Dante and Vergil basically codified the standard and definition of what is "cool" for me. So, yeah. Dante is the coolest, because that's who I judge the coolness of all other video game characters by.
Anyway, I just noticed (because I wanted to listen to Saint Cecilia's Mass that the Order Characters in 4 are all named after the five sections of the Ordinarum in a musical Mass - Kyrie (Mercy), Gloria (Glory), Credo (Creed), Sanctus and Benedictus (Holy and Blessed) and Agnus Dei (Lamb of God).
Man, I feel stupid I missed that.
Meanwhile, I'm still trying to figure out the significance of Nero's name.
As Nero Claudius the Roman Emperor is most infamously known for persecuting early Christians - whether that is true is another story - this is a metaphor for how Nero does not belong in Order's society, given the theme naming of everybody else in Fortuna.

Good as a guess as any, since Nero's shockingly not as on-the-nose as the Sparda brothers.
I always figured they (Itsuno/Capcom) named him after Nelo Angelo, which would've been Lost in Translation.
Devil May Cry 2 is coming to Switch
Why on Earth would you sell that on its own without Devil May Cry 1 or 3 to soften the blow?
Maybe they'll touch it up a bit and fix the bwahahaha sorry couldn't finish that.
Still a big Lucia fan though.
This is a fantastic way to waste money
For Capcom or the shmucks who buy it?

Devil May Cry meets Panty and Stocking
Tfw you buy the HD Collection and 4 SE but that leaves your current balance at a number that would put you in the red if you bought 5...
