Honestly, I'm not even sure what's happening. One character doesn't like time travel...so they time travel...and find a person who doesn't know what time travel is?
I only read the trope title, and that page doesn't give me a clue what the trope is about.
EDIT: OH it's the future! Ah, I see—I missed the little "future" above the lever. It's fine then, if a little confusing and really text heavy.

Yeah, I'm not really seeing a paradox in that picture, although that might be due to lack of sleep on my part.
Reaction Image RepositoryBecause they time-traveled into the future, and in the future they say time-travel is impossible...but they just time-traveled. It's not very clear, I agree, but it's not horrible, either. I think possibly the worst part is that it's not technically a paradox: the guy could just not know about the single time-machine built.

How about an image of Snake creating a Pime Taradox by killing Ocelot in MGS 3? The Colonel even calls him out for doing that. I've got nothing on hand to show as suggestions... just suggestions.
Agreed, the joke isn't very clear/relevant, even if it was written to be about a paradox, it isn't really. The future doesn't know Time Travel is possible, even though it is. So?
I second MGS 3.
DumboI kinda got that part... but that's not what a Time Paradox is.
How about a screen capture from Back to the Future II of Doc at the chalk board trying to explain to Marty how their altering events in 1955 led to their inability to get home? (I'm thinking of the point where Doc has drawn a fork in the timeline at 1955, showing two timelines, one to "old, normal 1985" and one to "the crazy 1985 where we're at now".)
What the hell is an aluminum falcon? That's not a Time Paradox; that's Alternate Timeline. (Well, technically, it's an explanation of Gray's Sports Almanac, but that's a stupid trope to name.)

I don't get it either. Quite confusing.
Would something like Superman meeting a bunch of Batmans
◊ work? Maybe not, though, because while you do have "Different Batmen from different times" going on, the different styles might confuse the issue.

Jet-a-Reeno!
Crown Description:
Which caption to use with the newspaper picture?

The current pic is probably good for the page, but can we find a full-sized version of the comic and stack the panels so they're a little easier to read?
