Well my courier you don't even wanna know she did but let's just say the wasteland is a better place thanks to her
New theme music also a box
The worst part about Benny is that he keeps double-crossing you.
It's Dummied Out, if I recall correctly, but if you let him live when finding him as a captive in Caesar's camp, he was supposed to ambush you on the road later on.
Guy doesn't know when to quit.

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.Part of why I'm not enjoying my Legion run is a lack of coherent roleplaying. The main goal is to be a douchebag piece of shit, but otherwise I'm not sure of how to respond in given situations.
I overthrew Goodsprings for the sake of it. I've been hanging with the Powder Gangers when the Legion will eventually exterminate them. I wanted to go psycho hedonistic, but the Legion frowns on drug abuse...and I can't be assed to remember using my non-healing consumables in any game. Sold out Cass because...evil. I did take cannibal so returning the White Gloves to their roots made sense.
Sheriff of Primm? What's the evil douche choice? Helios at least gave my pyromaniac a superweapon.
Regretting starting Dead Money because it's kind of prick city anyway, but I guess being stupid for money is worthwhile. Not going to do OWB since I don't see the point of taking the Pizzaboy there. The only reason I'll do Honest Hearts is to pick a fight with Graham, assuming I can "Ave, Caesar!" at him. I'll do Lonesome Road to nuke the NCRA.
"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984I think Meyers could sort of be the “evil” option for Primm? He’s more than a bit of a Cowboy Cop, and in the event of a Legion victory I believe he gets the whole town killed.
Alternatively, you could just massacre them all yourself.

Oh God! Natural light!I find the idea of the Courier letting Benny live while foiling his repeated attempts to take over pretty funny. It's worse than killing him, you're humiliating him and showing you don't even consider him enough of a threat to kill.
I missed the part where that's my problem. There was this mugger in Freeside, back when I was doing my no-kill run. Now, obviously I couldn't kill him, but if you're being fairly completionist there's a lot of walking around that area.
So every time he popped up, I'd just immediately open VATS and shoot the gun out of his hand. Unarmed, he'd start fleeing. Then, later, he'd come back having retrieved a weapon from the ground or having his original gun in his hand — and we'd repeat the dance all over again. Good times.
I think eventually a King spawned to reward me for my high Freeside reputation and shot him. Was kind of sad. But that's where a life of crime'll lead you, kids. Don't do muggings.
Man, those guys had to have been absolutely desperate. Imagine seeing a woman decked out in full Power Armor, or well-armored and fully armed to the teeth, accompanied by a floating eyebot and a sniper armed with an anti-materiel rifle and the worst case of RBF this side of the Mojave, and thinking to yourself "Yeah, I can totally rob this lady blind with my pool stick!"
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. And if you must do muggings, don't do so many chems that you can't recognize that you're mugging the same ace gunslinger who's blasted the gun out of your hands 16 times over.
He certainly didn't read "The last thing you'll see"
Where there's life, there's hope.My experience in Freeside was a gang of old ladies attacking a fit, defenseless young man. Who killed them all with his fists.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.On every evil run, I just go independent.
Every evil personality I come up with, are usually psychopaths who hate taking orders and want to be their own master. The Legion doesn't really allow that. Caesar and my evil Couriers would be a clash of egos.
Plus even in evil runs I take care of my companions, so if Boone wants the Legion dead, that what he gets.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.could be fun to play a Lower-Class Lout type of courier who is amoral and wants nothing but creature comforts... but in that case you'd go with House. Legion austerity wouldn't have much to offer you.
I did a Legion run where I murdered Caesar via a botched surgery. My Courier put Lanius in charge so he could eliminate him down the road.
And both House and the Courier have a chance of creating the Mojave Republic. NCR rebuilding the old United States is a dream that should probably be allowed to die.

Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters.Finished the Boomer and Cassidy quests. Now I'm smoothing things out between the NCR and the Kings. I'm having some deja vulnerable here.
Where there's life, there's hope. The NCR isn't quite USA ver 2.0. While it's making mistakes, it's not making the same mistakes as Pre-War USA or its remnant The Enclave.
Disgusted, but not surprisedHouse won't build a republic. House will build Houseland, under the eternal dictatorship of House.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.Nah, it would be Singapore, Vegas style.

Disgusted, but not surprisedI feel like the death of House is inevitable, and probably coming sooner rather than later. The dude already looks like an Egyptian mummy. That indicates to me his body is degrading, even while his tech keeps him alive. It's a losing battle, only a matter of time before he has some medical emergency the tech can't compensate for, or hell, the tech itself could fail.
I missed the part where that's my problem.I mean, he lasted centuries with no materials and barely any power to begin fixing things. He can probably find a way to cling on longer, this is SCIENCE!!! after all.
Avatar SourceWith SCIENCE! all things are possible.
if a House-aligned Courier handed him the Think Tank, he would never die.
He probably wouldn't mind life as a Brain in a Jar that much.
Disgusted, but not surprisedI think he'd want to avoid the corrosive gel, though.
Avatar Sourceit's the Think Tank we're talking about here. they're basically Gods of Science!. they could build him a cyborg body, or transfer his consciousness into his network, or rejuvenate his withered husk. he has options.
My Courier genuinely liked Benny. She wouldn't have killed him at all if he hadn't double crossed her.
