>____<; Why am I even surprised?! Yoko hunched lower in her seat and tried to avoid looking in Shizuka's direction. We haven't had a single meeting yet!
Anno seemed to be thinking along the same lines. "And just how are we meant to incorporate the entire class into your little vanity project, Kawaoto?" he groaned, facepalming.
A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!Hanako looked up. Rock concert? With the entire class as a band? That would be awesome! But she quickly realized... this was kind of implausible. "We could... we could some kind of expo! Of really cool stuff!"
Akio blinked. Expo of really cool stuff? That's... informative.
Admittedly, Akio found the maid cafe suggestion kind of appealing to his less then appropriate side, but... he couldn't help but think several of the girls would be pretty humiliated by it.
Several of the other guys in the class also liked the sound of a maid cafe.
Koari remained silent. She didn't have much of an opinion on this whole thing. She never participated in any kind of culture festival before...
Suddenly, one of the girls piped up.
"A maid cafe would be great! I would get to see Ishikawa-san in a maid outfit!"
Upon hearing her surname, Koari looked up slowly to the girl who'd said it.
The girl had two, short pigtails, and black hair. She was small in pretty much every meaning of the word. She also practically had stars in her eyes at this though. "She'd look so cute!"
Koari stared. This was confusing.
Akio turned towards the source of the commotion. What the...
(OOC: Because the main characters can't be the only ones to notice Koari, and this NPC could prove funny.)

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up.""Stage setting, lighting, special effects, advertising, costumes, make up, sweat wiping, security, juice carrying! These are all important tasks that will need a dedicated staff. The world of rock offers opportunities for all, indiscriminate of their skills or lack thereof!" Shizuka proclaimed, not missing a beat, the intensity of her statements matching those of a particularly passionate politician.
"We should totally have a fortune telling booth!" a blonde girl with three-inch nails said. "Arisu-chan has a serious gift for that kind of thing!"
"Wait, she isn't even out of the hospital yet!" someone else protested. "You're just trying to push all the work onto her so you can duck out to go visit homeroom 2-C's hostobu like last year!"
That comment kicked off an argument that took Anno and Kobayashi five full minutes to quell.
A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!During the five minute argument, while the teachers were distracted, the pigtailed girl had walked over to Koari and looked as if she was sizing her up.
"I wonder what would fit you... you're going to look soooooo cute!"
Koari merely stared. What is going on?
Akio turned back to them. "Uh... hello? Saiki-san, what are you doing?"
Akio didn't know Saiki too well. He knew she was energetic, and... that she liked cute things. A lot.
Hanako was thinking about Shizuka's plan again. "I can play the piano, so I'm sure I could play the keyboard for the band! It would rock!"
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up.""I call upon a vote! Either that or a tournament with the winner getting to choose what we'll all do" Shizuka proposed once she realized that everyone was suggesting drastically different ideas.
Worst case scenario we can make a haunted maid fortune telling rock show expo presented by a host club...

Hanako nodded. She liked the whole voting idea, it gave every good idea an equal chance.
"Yeah, let's put it to a vote!" she said.
Akio waved his hands at Koari and Saiki. What the hell is Saiki-san doing?!
The pigtailed girl had taken a hold of Koari's shoulders, standing behind her with her eyes shining. "I'll pick out the perfect maid outfit for you, Ishikawa-san!"
Koari sat there, staring straight ahead. She had no clue how to react to this and was doing her best to ignore it.
Anno looked around somewhat frantically. The classroom was descending into chaos, just bringing up the Culture festival had done this? Worse, Kobayashi-sensei's attempts to make it stop were half-hearted at best.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."(OOC: My out-of-character vote is for the maid cafe. It wouldn't really be a high school anime without fanservice. Though my secondary vote is a tie between the frantic throwing-together of a rock show and the foreshadowing potential of the fortune-telling thing.
(Oooh, but a haunted house offers so many storytelling opportunities!
(Hell, maybe we should end up with a mishmash of all the ideas. XD)

A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!(OOC: I'm partially for the maid cafe because the NPC I recently introduced could have some comedic conflict with several other characters due to her persistent attempts to personally dress Koari in a maid outfit. That said, Haunted House sounds like it would be really fun, so would the hastily thrown together rock concert... This is a hard decision.)
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."(OOC: Yeah, Haunted/Horror Cafe would be adorable!
Man, I wish I could draw - yuki-onna!Koari would be so cute.)

A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!Akio looked around. Chaos reigned in the classroom, with arguments springing up everwhere. Anno looked slightly frantic, and Kobayashi was doing little to stop what was going on.
From the looks of things, Saiki-san was only a few seconds away from dragging poor Koari off and dressing her in a maid outfit at this point. And Hanako had that grin again...
"Hey!" Akio shouted, waving his hands. He had to put a stop to all this. "Wait! Why don't we... uh... combine two ideas! Like the maid cafe and the haunted house or something!"
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."^_^; Crisis averted! Yoshida, if there really is a Buddha...
Little Murano Saiki seemed undaunted, swaying happily from side to side in a way that made her pigtails bounce, listing elegant lady ghosts and demons Koari would look 'cho kawaii' as.
"Tamamo-no-Mae? Dracula's bride? Which would you like most, Ishikawa-san?"
What should I dress as? Yoko wondered, slightly amused. A kuchisake-onna? They're always good for a scare. Heh, maybe Kiyohime? I still have that-
The thought of the dragon-mermaid jolted her thoughts back to Tatsu, and for a moment her eyes flickered in his direction.
He's so young. Everyone talks about him like he's an adult...

A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!Hanako sat back in her seat. "The rock concert could've been cool, but this one sounds awesome too!"
Akio let out a relieved sigh. Things had been getting pretty crazy for a moment... but now it looked like everything was calming down. He was surprised how popular his idea had been. There seemed to be almost resounding approval.
"Whew..."
Koari looked up at Saiki from her book once more. She was confused, to say the least. Why did this girl want to dress her up so badly? It was beyond her.
"I have no strong preferences," she said simply. It was the truth. When it came to various ghosts, demons, or other supernatural entities, Koari had never found she liked one more then the others.
Anno had an expression of pure, unadulterated relief on his face. "So, we're going with the Haunted Cafe, then?"
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."

Shizuka's reaction was instantaneous and rather predictable. Slamming both hands on the surface of her desk to gather attention and then waiting a few seconds to build up suspense she suddenly opened her eyes and exclaimed "I propose we form a rock band to perform on the festival!"
