I know "if it's not broke, don't fix it", but I still think that it should be replaced with this better picture.

I don't get the OCD on the second image.

Look at the meticulously lined-up medication pills on the table. And the text balloons.

Old one works as a text dump. There's nothing about it that isn't conveyed by the test.

How about this one from Monk? It's relatively similar to the Penny Arcade one, but with colors. [1]

Definitely prefer the new one. The current picture is about the person freaking out and their OCD has to be conveyed by what they're saying; the new one shows us the OCD (lining up the pills).

Definitely use the pill one. Lining things up carefully on a counter is almost iconic for OCD, but obsessing over interior design is a whole other thing.

Some more images of Adrian Monk [1], [2], this one's funny because he's actually loading a nuke just because he's that ocd ([3]/[4])

*headscratch* I was talking about the replacement pic that Crowley suggested, is that not the right webcomic?

The pic of Monk having arranged his food and silverware is pretty good too, but I think I like Crowley's pic a little better.

I like the Penny Arcade one. The one with Monk's food is a decent second choice, but none of the other Monk ones really make it clear what's supposed to be happening in the picture without context, which defeats the purpose.

As much as I like Monk, the Penny Arcade pic is the best choice by far of all propositions made until now. Even on the best Monk pic, the one with the pills, you can't be 100% sure it's him who has arranged them unless you have knowledge of the series, it could just be factory-arranged bowls brought there for a party, and he's hesitating between eating two different flavours of candies.

As a person with OCD I definitely give my vote to the Penny Arcade one. It perfectly captures the whole JNR (Just Not Right) phenomena so common with OCD.

I didn't get the Penny Arcade one until it was explained, I just thought he was standing in front of a sound mixing board, and those circles were knobs. I think the Monk one is clearer: somebody pointed out that it doesn't make sense without context, but the article itself provides the necessary context.
