- Me: *enters chatroom*
- Room: O HAI CHARLATAN.
- Me: O HAI GUYS. *tells wacky GURPS anecdote*
- ...*silence*...
- Me: ...Guys?
- Room: *breaks into discussion about a voice actor*
- Me: ...Bah. *gets bored and leaves*

edit: Oh, I know. I just don't have anymore interest in discussing the creator of Touhou than I do Touhou itself. One of the reasons I'm not fond of chatrooms is that I never know what the subject being talked about is going to be before I enter the chatroom.

Okay, except that it gets annoying when Lin_Chong won't stop insisting I'm Anonymous User. No offense, AU, but no matter how many times I explain I'm not that person doesn't believe me and it's starting to piss me off.
