Sliding Scale Of Vampire Playablity amuses me to no end but I don't think it would translate well across all media.
SSoV Antagonism might work It just kind of jams the gears a little when the protagonists are faced with it.
would SSoV Jingoism work?

Sounds like it's the SlidingScaleOfVampire-HumanCompatibility to me.
Jingoism could work, though slanted self aggrandizing opinion is only a part of the trope.
Sliding Scale Of Vampire-Human Compatibility sounds about right. Hopefully it wouldn't be confused for dating compatibility though.
On that note maybe Sliding Scale Of Vampire-Human Coexistence?

@Twilightdusk: While it's not indispensable in the name, the trope does describe a spectrum of good to bad that the vampire species inhabits. So even if the rename takes out Sliding Scale, it should probably stay on that index.
i know there is some Necromancy here but i feal it to be important.
how about either Sliding Scale Of Vampire Morality or Sliding Scale Of Vampire Civility?
We must survive, all of us. The blood of a human for me, a cooked bird for you. Where is the difference?

I'm beginning to think the name is giving a wrong impression. The Sliding Scale of Vampire Friendliness isn't about chummy individual vampires, but to what degree they, as a species, are capable of coexisting with humanity without causing harm.
Vampire species on the Unfriendly end of the scale can't exist without entailing unavoidable suffering, potentially human genocide. Friendly ones are in no way compelled to evil and can live peaceful lives in human communities... unless they willingly turn to evil. Those in the middle can be good, albeit with effort.
So far these six of the thirty four inbound links were bad. (I've fixed them to reflect what the trope is). I know it's not a lot, but I worry.
Maybe Sliding Scale Of Vampire Playability or Sliding Scale Of Vampire Antagonism?
